two years later, the phone works just fine. well: it works good enough. the port is fussy and the audio quality on calls is poor. Was about to replace, but spent $20 on a pair of headphones instead.

Greg, 🙋‍♀️ I haven't opened the pristine package you sent. I had a shoulder surgery so I'm not quite ready for my new phone or fir too much else. One question I have before I enter this new world of IPhones is: I've been advised that's it's essential for a great experience with this refurbished 8+ that it has original Certified OEM Apple parts. Can you guarantee that? If not I'll return this one for either a refund or an exchange. Let me know ok? so that when my good arm comes free of this sling next week, I can take immediate action. I decided to go with Back Market after reading a lot of mediocre reviews from people who had purchased used or refurbished phones from companies like Amazon, BestBuy and Amazon. I wanted my experience to be one and done and was willing to pay just a bit more to ensure that. I ordered a "mint condition" unlocked iphone 8 a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was prompt and the phone was exactly as described, unlocked and mint condition. For those wondering about the compatibility with their service provider: All I had to do was switch the SD card between my old iphone and my new one. I did have to remove and reinsert my SD card and restart my new iphone couple of times before I was able to get normal service and make phone calls, but sources online said that sometimes happens. Overall I am very pleased and I'm impressed with this company. I also like the money I saved by going with a high-quality used phone instead of buying new. One downside with the shipping: It arrived within a week but there was a signature required upon delivery, so my phone got booted back to the shipping center while I was at work (I had to go pick it up instead). I'm guessing a required signature is required...

I ordered this iPad for a gift and couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Starting with customer service, I initially ordered this after canceling a different refurbished iPad Pro order that made me feel uneasy once I submitted the order, so I placed this order in a hurry, not realizing the gift wouldn’t arrive on time by the time needed. I contacted buyback green to see if there was any way to expedite the shipping to arrive earlier than the provided delivery date of Tuesday, to which they updated to be delivered to Friday! The product arrived on time for the updated delivery time and was in excellent condition. There was a tiny Knick on the outside which I wasn’t expecting for mint condition, however it was very small and luckily not an issue for the receiver of the gift. Set up was easy for the receiver and the iPad has worked exactly as it should, and it seems to run very quickly. I was nervous to purchase a refurbished iPad, especially as a gift, but I will never order new from here on out. Excellent customer service, as well as excellent product!

My first time purchasing a refurbished iPhone and rate the experience with a 5 star rating. I purchased the iPhone 8 in good condition, it arrived a day early and it appeared brand new. I was unaware it did not come with a SIM card but a quick trip to the Verizon store where they transferred the old one from my iPhone 5s to the new phone in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Back Market to anyone in the market for phone upgrade.

The phone is in excellent condition and looks and works like new. The iPhone 7 we ordered first would not work with a Sprint SIM card. This rose gold iPhone 8 works with Sprint. I have received credit for the return. I would recommend Back Market for refurbished phones and good service.👍

I successfully transferred the data from my old iPhone 7 to my new ‘refurbished’ iPhone 7 Plus. The SIM card is the same for both phones so I just moved it to the iPhone 7 Plus. I found an inexpensive otter box defender complete with permanent pop socket. So all is good. Thanks for being here and doing the utmost in recycling phones. Quin
