This is my 3 purchase with backmarket and they haven't disappointed me yet. I bought the yellow s24 ultra in Excellent condition and there weren't any marks on this phone!! This color is way prettier in person too. I already ordered cases now I just need a screen protector.

I love my new-to-me pixel watch! I wish the battery lasted longer, even without having the display always on, set to turn on when I lift my wrist or just tap the screen. I charge it every night, or else it would only last about a day & a half, but I know that's kinda to be expected on an older refurbished product. but it works & looks great, I am very pleased with my purchase & the service I've received from back market

I myself have a Google pixel pro 9 fold I purchased my wife the google fold from back market .only negative thing is I wish I knew about back market before I purchased my phone .from now on only up grade I will do is back market my wife loves her phone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I believe my Apple Watch is 95 of 100%. For a refurbished unit I am pleased. Back Market is my way to go. I upgraded my wrist band and the compliments came rolling in. My device is fully functional so I have no complaints. Thank You Back Market!

This is my first smart watch ever. I recently got into running and wanted something to track my heart rate, so I snagged this Pixel watch 2 from Back Market since I 1.) didn't want to spend full price on a smart watch I wasn't sure I'd like and 2.) have a Google Pixel phone, so I thought they'd interface well together. The watch is in fantastic condition, as indicated by Back Market when I made the purchase, and came with a charger, which I was nervous about *not* receiving because it wasn't made clear in the item's description that it would come with one. The watch works fantastic, came "fresh" in the sense that it had been reset to factory default so I was able to get it setup for me with no issues, and gets the job done. Thank you, Back Market!

I'm extremely happy, I had never used back market before so I was a bit skeptical I figured I'd give it a shot and I'm really happy I did I even recommended it to my dad and he purchased a phone through back market. I got a refurbished phone I think I got fair quality and I was genuinely surprised by the quality it's a beautiful phone and the insurance is from what I researched the best one out of all companies that sell electronics . I'm super super happy I bought a phone so I can record my daughters school plays etc and it the best decision I've ever made when buying a phone. I contacted support because I had a small hiccup during activation they were super attentive I was trying to use an esim and I couldn't get it working. I told the support agent the issue I was having we resolved the issue and they even followed up the next day just to ensure I was happy. seriously really good customer service 10/10 overall would recommend to friends and family and I do

Watch came in the mail about a day or so earlier than scheduled. Packaging was simple and effective, paperwork included with warranty in the event something breaks. So far, so good!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G in excellent condition. That's exactly what I received. The only complaints that I have is the small battery size and the fact that it's not ESIM compatible. However, the price was lower than you would find anywhere else. Thank you Back Market for your business!

I got a great deal on getting a Google pixel 7. Though sometimes the touch screen is unresponsive, I don't know if that's a typical issue for Google pixels or if it's an issue from an improper refurbishment. I'm thinking about filing for a return/repair/replace. Otherwise I'm satisfied
