I am so happy I went through Back Market to get a refurbished watch! It functions like new and looks brand new too. I have to charge it every day and a half but I think that's normal for how much I use it. I also accidentally got the larger size, but it doesn't look too bad as I paired it with a gold strap and protective cover on my small wrists.

There's a major crack just underneath the top layer of glass. However, the crack doesn't obscure the watch face or animations or anything...So while the watch is on, I don't see the crack. Still disappointing.

Awesome watch! Very similar to my Gear 3 with major improvements to watch faces, apps available & space. The biggest improvement is battery life. I can wear it all day and only use 25% of the battery.

It arrived 3 days after I ordered it . I ordered one in excellent condition and its what I got. It was a gift and my husband is happy with it.

I will preface this with the fact that I have made purchases from BM in the past and it might be luck of the draw, but I got an item labeled as excellent condition and it was nearly brand new in appearance. I unfortunately, paid for an item labelled as "Excellent" condition and upon arrival I immediately noticed a huge scratch on the sensor face that extends nearly 1/4 of the way over the heart rate sensor. It doesn't seem to affect performance, but I certainly wouldn't classify that as "Excellent" condition. On top of that, the speakers are absolutely trashed. You cannot have the watch at full volume, or the speaker crackles as if there was extensive water damage. On a watch that is supposed to be fairly water resistant, this makes me wonder what originally happened to the watch and why this was not repaired or found during testing and how this watch was able to be sold as " excellent condition " when there were several things wrong with it. Now, fortunately for me, I rarely use the speakers on my watch anyway, but I was also under the impression that items labelled as " Excellent " condition or that are refurbished have the battery replaced.
