    I’ve purchased from Back Market in the past and always had good experiences, which is why I felt confident ordering an iPhone 14 as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, this order was the complete opposite. Device Condition ... The phone arrived in terrible shape. The sides had gouges exposing bare aluminum, the kind of “road‑rash” damage you’d expect from being dragged across pavement — nowhere near the “cosmetic scratches” one might expect. The charging port was also defective. It was extremely tight, making it difficult to plug in a charging cable, and once connected, the chagring connection was extremely motion-sentative, repeatedly connect and disconnect with even the slightest movement. The shipping box and inner packaging were perfect, so the damage clearly didn’t happen in transit. Support Experience ... I contacted Back Market immediately via the "Chat" link and requested a replacement phone. It took two full days just to get a response. When support finally replied, they asked for photos and detailed discribtions, which I sent right away — then the ticket stalled with no progress. I tried calling and using live chat, but I couldn’t reach anyone. It appeared that support only responses once a day and I had to wait until the next day fro a reply. Meanwhile, the phone was meant as a birthday gift the following week, and since there’s no weekend FedEx/UPS delivery where I live, time was critical. The delays made a replacement impossible, leaving me no choice but to purchase another phone elsewhere. Resolution ... Several days later, support finally approved a refund and sent return instructions — but even then, the prepaid label wasn’t attached. I had to ask again, which added another day (a full week) of delays. By that point, I had already ordered a replacement from Reebelo, which arrived in two days, looked nearly brand new, and worked perfectly. Bottom Line ... Back Market used to be reliable for me, but this experience was a complete failure: severely damaged device, defective charging port, slow responses, and no accessible support. Based on this, I can’t recommend them.

    The phone was able to connect to my server $ works only problem is the phone came with many many marks and scratches on the phone not the screen and you can tell they had the screen replace that wasn’t a iphone screen so the screen protector doesn’t fit exactly as it should. Also the phone looks & feels a lot slimmer than the real iPhone 14. Next time I’ll pay for a new device not the fair cause it wasn’t fair to me.

    Well first let me say that I clearly understand it was a refurbished phone I get that I read reviews and one person said I love my new phone it has one visible scratch so I said ok thats not bad but when I opened mine holly crap it had Nick's and Nick's all over the screen the bottom where the talk piece is it supposed to be black its showing some silver because it's chipped it feels like they sent me the worse one in stock they could've sent me a lesser scratched one but I guess ill deal with it for now other than that everything was OK. Let's not forget that ol saying the customer's always right lol

    It was a very bad or poor as listed. The phone has software issues that prevented me from reaching the play store. The screen stayed black and never corrected itself with all the rebooting. It was a bad investment in a refurbished phone. I had to return the phone to the seller.

    It was fair to be fair lol. Lots of dings and scratches on the front screen but no cracks and everything is functioning. I'm actually surprised how banged up it is without having a Crack or malfunction but it does work and even survived a drop of my own (with a case on it)

    The package arrived quicker then expected however when I took the phone out of the package the screen was severely all scratched up and I was so disappointed. I have purchased fair condition phones from your Market Store in the past and I never received anything this bad. To be honest all my previous phones purchases were amazing. So I immediately reached out to your customer care department who was amazing by the way and told me what I needed to do. I submitted pictures of the phone and the damaged scratch up screen and they sent me a return shipping label to send the phone back to seller for repair. They also reassured me if the seller isn't able to repair the phone then I would get a complete refund so I sent the phone back and now waiting to see what happens next. My current phone Samsung Note 10 is falling apart physically and mechanically and I was looking forward to receive and begin using my upgraded Samsung Note 20 but to my surprise that phone wasn't as expected. So prayerfully the phone screen will get repaired, returned back to me and the phone will work great. We will see.

    the phone arived dirty (nothing insane as i paid a low price ) but what shocked me is low and behold the selfie camera doesn't work , i sent this as a gift to a familiy member in mexico as soon as i got to see it , and by the time we tried taking a selfie all the way in mexico i realized the gift i gave to this familiy member had the bad selfie camera , i dont doubt backmarket has good products but this provider isn't ( i have my s23+ from back market too )

    The customer service was okay I suppose (4/10) but I only got 1 message back a day and it seemed as though they didn't even read my replies because they never answered my questions. In addition the "unlocked" phone was still not compatible with my provider. I asked the person helping my if I could exchange it for one that's compatible and he never answered just sent me a link to return the phone all together. Would not suggest using this site
