My Galaxy S22 5G 128GB was like new. I took it to my carrier who transferred everything over for me from my old phone (which I got from BackMarket also). I just wish I hadn't waited so long to upgrade!

Love my Samsung Galaxy S22! I wanted a refurbished phone for many reasons, price and less in the landfill being the two most important to me. I was not disappointed by Back Market. I have never ordered a refurbished cell phone until now. I have not had my s22 very long, but so far, so good! It looks brand new, and unless something comes up. I will continue to order my phones from Back Market!

It's a little slow at times, but other than that this phone meets and exceeds all my expectations! Perfect physical condition, sound quality is great, pictures are gorgeous quality, no problems with audio or connectivity at all! My headphones took a bit of effort to pair, but I 100% blame the headphones for that 😂 10/10 experience for my first refurbished phone!

The Samsung S22 body and screen have expected scratches. The screen has an unmentioned problem, a black dot at the bottom, I believe this black dot may increase over time, making it difficult to read it.
