At first I was skeptical and nervous about my purchase because.. well its a refurbished phone but ohhhh my god Im so glad I got It. My new IPhone 15 came completely untouched! It looks wonderful. It runs smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.

I am a very happy repeat customer. Helped mom purchase a refurbished iPad - and the new "Premium" condition option piqued her interest (mainly because the logo is a diamond). The iPad arrived quickly and in the premium condition stated by the reseller. Everything was setup and restored from her iCloud backup in a just a couple of hours. I highly recommend Back Market for all your warrantied, refurbished tech purchases. Depending on your budget - and the comparable price of going new, I'd recommend the Excellent condition items. I'm not sure yet if the increase in price for Premium condition will show its value.

The phone came in near mint condition. It arrived nicely wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger. The color that I chose was green and it looks great! setting up the phone was easy, along with syncing the phone

I never used your services before, just found you online while looking for a refurbished MacBook Pro. My existing MB Pro was from 2015 and while it was a very good machine, many of the current updates were not compatible. To be honest, I could not be happier with my 2023 16" MacBook Pro I just received from Back Market! I was so pleased with the speed, sound quality and clarity of the screen. I purchased a refurbished 13" MacBook Pro M1 (2020 edition) from BlackMarket, and I couldn't be happier. The laptop arrived in near perfect condition with only very minor blemishes. The laptop is in perfect working order, plenty fast, fantastic battery, and exceeded my expectations.

I’m obsessed with my iPad. It’s the Fair one so it’s got a little crack near the camera base but nowhere on the actual lenses. It does have a singular scratch visible occasionally on the front screen but I never notice it. The shipper handled my silvery option very well, because I changed the option to be held instead of delivered it was done in a timely manner by both seller and fedex. The item is extremely light so when I received it I went straight in, making sure it was in there. Sure enough it was in there! Only thing that sucks about getting a refurbished iPad is that you don’t get the unboxing like most do. But it’s still a fun time opening it up. Also, the 12.9 inch is HUGE it’s like a mini flat screen tv. It NEEDS a case for those of you who raw dog your iPhones. It’s great for everything you need. It’s basically a computer without the keyboard and a phone but bigger. I recommend this vs. a MacBook because this is detachable and would have two uses. I have yet to try procreate and some others because I don’t have a pencil yet but soon to come. Overall extremely happy and will continue buying items from BM. Thank you seller!

So far, so good. I was able to get my old phone data transferred to the new iPhone. Then moved the Sim card. Made a phone call and sent a text message. Haven't tried anything else. The battery is my only concern at this point as that is why I had to replace my last iPhone (the battery would have cost as much as a newer refurbished phone).

So far it’s been great. Visually it looks brand new. I’m glad I decided to check this place out because it bears even apples own refurbished prices by a lot. Only downside so far is the battery life says it’s at 83% so I’m not sure that the original battery was ever replaced or refurbished. That being said, I would still look here before elsewhere if I’m ever in the market again.

The phone looks and feels basically brand new — no scratches, no dents, everything runs smooth like butter. Performance is top-tier and battery health is on point. Definitely impressed! Only reason I’m giving it 4.8 instead of a full 5 stars is because it didn’t come with the original Apple box or case, which I was kinda expecting with the “premium” label. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve made the experience feel even more complete. Still, for the price and quality, it’s 100% worth it. Shipping was fast, and the phone came well-protected. I’ll definitely be shopping with Back Market again!
