After two years of using this, i can confidently say this purchase has been the BEST decision i’ve ever made in my life. This laptop came in mint condition, in its box, perfectly packaged, with an amazing charger. It works extremely fast, it honestly looks so sleek and beautiful i love it.

I basically got a brand-new monitor for a million percent less than its new counterpart. (Maybe not a million, but you get it.) It's beautiful – zero scratches or issues. Back Market's quickly becoming my go-to for all tech.

The monitor arrived as expected. The packaging seems okay, though some items were a bit lose in the box. The monitor itself was fine and had not trouble. Have set it up and used it now for a few weeks. No problems, works and looks great.

I was hesitant to order a refurbished laptop but I could not afford a new one right now. I spent quite a while researching refurbished computers online and BackMarket got great reviews. My computer arrived as described Excellent. So far, I am loving it. Battery life is exceptional. I will never buy a new Laptop again! Don't let me down BackMarket! LOL

Item was marked as “Good” but the actual condition is “Fair”, so I’m deeply dissatisfied. It has multiple noticeable scratches, both fair and deep marks around the charger, and also it came so dirty that it was impressive, with scuffs in each corner, a lot of black that I couldn’t get out when I tried to clean it as much as possible. The cable of the charger came in better condition, but stained still and with that weird dust around. I feel like I paid more than it was worth, considering the price of this product in “fair” condition from other sellers or even this one. I don’t return it just because it works and I needed it urgently.

Very good condition. Couldn’t tell it wasn’t new without very close inspection. So far it runs smooth however the proof will be in its longevity which I cannot comment on yet. Buying a referbof a product to replace a similar failed product is always a gamble. So this has started out ok. I was unable to turn in my failed surface pro so that was a let dowy

So far, so good. If this is what you guys consider "good" condition than one in "excellent" condition must be amazing! There isn't a scratch on it and it's lightning fast. A definite improvement over my old mid 2012. And I didn't have to shell our two grand for a new MacBook Pro. Love that!
