I bought this tablet to replace one used at work for staff music. We run 24-hours, so it basically gets consistent use on a daily basis. The quality is absolutely perfect. It was like I was getting a brand new XBOX. It came in its original box as well. I would definitely recommend buying your Xbox series s on here!! 10/10

Ordered a Kindle paper white with 32 gb of storage as specifically stated in the description for a birthday gift. I instead received a kindle paper white with 8 gb of storage. Was told to send the item back however the gift was already given and not in my possession. Would be much simpler to offer me some sort of a discount I would think, and correct their description (which is still wrong on the website) rather to have me go collect the gift and return. I did also buy the extended warranty which is making me weary of its validity. Edited: issue has been corrected by backmarket. Hopefully corrected description will follow.

It is great, works well. Shipping was hella fast! I just wish I would have got an older older version that doesn't have screen light in my face. Oh well. Everything good.

Very prompt delivery! Works great, but it has locked up on me once already, and I've only had it a couple weeks.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the white laptop I wanted and had to return the laptop I did receive. Thankfully the seller contact, Javier, was very understanding and professional. He instructed me on how to ship the laptop back so that I could be refunded and maintained contact w/me until the refund was processed. I will definitely shop w/Backmarket again and refer others.
