I'm very pleased with the computer I purchased through Back Market. I was informed when it would get here. Came all in one piece and it works. I like the quality. I would recommend Back Market. I can’t deny that I was a little skeptical in ordering something refurbished. However “Back Market” made the experience quite simple. I bought a laptop with “excellent conditions” and it did not disappoint. The packaging was simple but protective it brought a charger and the wear a tear do-not show!!! It was in mint conditions and OS took normal time to setup overall. I am well satisfied and will definitely buy other items of interest. Good job guys!!!

Got it! Here’s an updated review that reflects the missing internal battery wasn't mentioned: I recently purchased a used Lenovo ThinkPad T480, and overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The laptop arrived in great condition, with minimal signs of previous use, and the performance has been excellent so far. However, I did notice that the internal battery was missing, which was not mentioned in the product description. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something potential buyers should be aware of. On a positive note, the delivery was exceptionally quick, and I received excellent updates throughout the shipping process. The tracking information was clear, and I was informed at every stage, which made the entire experience very smooth and hassle-free. Despite the missing internal battery, I highly recommend this company based on my overall experience. The product quality and fast, reliable delivery make them a trusted seller, and I will certainly consider buying from them again in the future.

Laptop works great and is in very good condition, just as described. It was a little frustrating that it didn't ship until after the initial delivery estimate and so ended up arriving about a week later than estimated, but other than that everything went smoothly!

I ordered this computer for my husband, and he loves it! I have purchased a number of items from Back Market, and this purchase was no different. It came exactly as expected, and even some extras made us pretty happy: 1. A backlight keyboard. This was not mentioned in the specs, it was a delightful surprise. 2. Touch Screen. It stated no in the tech specs, but I'm very pleased to have it. So far, it's operating fast, and setup was a breeze. Thank you. I highly recommend Back Market!

It was tricky at first because I couldn’t get the WiFi turned on, until I did some research and found that it may be in airplane mode, which it was. So now everything is peachy keen. Thanks for a great deal. Only other thing that annoys me is that the top silver covering lifts a bit at the front corners but I could get a hard or soft sided case to cover that.

I am pleased with my purchase of my refurbished Dell Optiplex 7020 Computer tower it is a great value for the price.

The only negative issue I had with this order is that the power cable it came with doesn't plug into an outlet, and only into the back of a PC, which I don't currently have. So, I had to use other cables.

Shipping was fast and easy, although tracking information was not updated till it arrived. Mini PC had a few scuffs but this is expected for a refurb. It is fully functional and clean. Very satisfied.
