I received my Motorola g play today and I thought it was going to be refurbished but it is not. It's a beautiful heavy weighed phone like the newer Samsung 20 model phones 📱. The only thing is that it don't have fast charge. Other than that iam perfectly satisfied and will not buy another from a carrier other Back Market. This is my 2nd phone in less than 2 month's. The 1st one was the Samsung a10e, which is very small a 5"6 inch screen, so I decided to purchase a bigger size phone and went with the Motorola. I already ordered the case and it will be in by Friday. Thank you Back Market you have a purchaser for life.

I love these guys. Even if I didn't buy anything, I love getting their very funny emails and looking at their very entertaining website. And I have bought two older model Galaxy phones now because we old folks don't like spending a year learning a new phone, and both have been great. No problems. I have another family member I'm trying to let me buy an iPhone for now because I really trust these people and their products and prices. I highly recommend them. I'll continue doing business with them as long as I can.

couldn't be happier with my phone. I was weary ordering from back market for the first time but it really paid off. phone came quicker than it was said to. I will most definitely be buying more from backmarket!

This phone is in beautiful, very good condition. I was up and running within 10 minutes of opening my box will all my apps and settings transferred from the old phone seamlessly. Battery seems to be in great condition. I am very happy.

Phone arrived in terrific condition - basically flawless. AND I love the phone. (I tried an iPhone and paid full price for a new one and absolutely hated it.) I am glad to be back to Android and grateful to Back Market for providing a great service.

The SIM card tray was cracked along the edge and it was tricky to reinstall without further damage. Luckily I had an old S8 and I swapped the trays. Other than that the phone functions as expected. 4th purchase on BM 1st issue.

The seller sold me a at&t locked phone as unlocked. Also, when I tried to contact them through the info card they sent with the phone the number they provided was a disconnected line in New York. And I couldn't get the phone unlocked by at&t because the previous owner hadn't removed the phone from their account. I spent two and a half days trying to figure out if I could get this phone to work because this seller did not do their due diligence to check all of this when they "refurbished" it. Overall a very negative experience.

Love back market … We’ve purchase 2 refurbished phones in great condition and the switch from old phone to new phone was easy… Excellent communication!!!

To anyone suspicious, hesitant or nervous to purchase from BackMarket... I was the same...I would come see their inventory read reviews then back out... when i finally made the leap and bought a phone I was Made a believer and now I shake my head at the amount of money people pay for phones at the phone kiosks or bigbox stores!!! Do it!!!! Buy something from here and save some$$$! You will be pleasantly surprised!!! This is my 4th or 5th phone from BackMarket!!! Every time y'all exceed my expectations!!!! I'm Very Very Happy. My Note is working like a dream!!!! Thank you!!!
