Wow, I purchased the computer thinking it would be refurbished (but in Excellent condition), but when it arrived it came in its original packaging! Is this still refurbished?! I was pleasantly surprised, didn't find any scratches, or any other signs of wear -- making me wonder if it's actually brand new?? So far, it's working great and couldn't be any happier!

Its a nice computer but I personally do not like the Chromebook/andriod system. I don't like having to download apps and everything being online. I will be returning and ordering another computer with Windows.

Arrived broken. The laptop wouldn't even boot up. How hard is it to check that the laptop works before selling it?

Bios is password protected, leaving device with no WiFi or Bluetooth. No response from seller.
