Well for starters Ive ordered many devices from Back Market. Just like previous ordered they never disappoint. Device always come on time and nice package and with warranty what else could a man want. The process is extremely fluid and easy. 5 stars… round of applause.

The phone, itself, seems to be just fine. The only reason for anything less than 5 stars was the incredibly long, in my opinion from past orders, long delay to ship. It has been my experience that the delay from order to actually reaching shipped status has been 2 business days. This order was 4 and over a weekend. The family member requiring the phone was inconvenienced.

The phone was in perfect condition. Exactly as described. It was delivered quickly. Very happy with this seller.

Amazing phone so far but most of all I am impressed with the customer service. Phone was shipped super fast and they even sent a case and screen protector! Will definitely be buying my son and girlfriend an upgraded phone and hopefully it's through this seller!

I will need to upgrade soon, because there are some apps necessary that don't run on older phones. However, I had an excellent experience buying this phone and love to not contribute to the ethical costs of the new phone market. I also appreciate the ease of purchasing and customer service at BackMarket, as well as the eco friendly packaging.

I was impressed by the quality of the product and the ease of use. The features that allow data transfer from old phone to new phone instead of having to have cords hooked up and taking hours was accomplished in under 18 minutes. Love Android phones. I'm definitely a lifer because the batteries are beasts and the cameras are always too notch. I've taken some of my best pics ever with this phone already. Thank you for delivering what was promised. phones in great condition came with a charger and charging box didnt expect the charging box very gratefull

This phone was just to use for kids youtube and wifi games. it outlasts all of my other phones battery wise. Phone as bought was in Excellent condition. Everything on the phone works as it should. I will be makeing more purchases from this site. Thank you

Perfect condition

I received in 2 day after ordering the Samsung A13 phone that was rated as excellent, and I must say that I am a bit perplexed by the scale used to determine its condition. Despite being labeled as excellent, the front and back of the phone is marred with chips and scratch marks. It was quite surprising to see such damage on a device marked as being in top condition. On a more positive note, the phone is well protected and wrapped for shipping and came with a charge cable and adapter, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the price I paid for the phone is meets my budget. I am satisfied with the purchase. I do wish there is more clarification on the condition judgement for future purchase.
