    The Galaxy S20 I purchased is in excellent shape. I have a couple of concerns: 1. I specifically said I wanted a Verizon, unlocked. I can't get my Verizon voicemail on this phone. 2. While on a phone call using "speaker" the volume is not very loud.

    Phone in good shape. I'm not used to Apple, so I called Apple support to set it up. They were very helpful. We removed the name of the former owner and everything is great. Thank you BackMarket for being in business.

    Overall very happy. The only negative is the quality of the battery, which I’m sure is original to the phone and is more Apple’s fault for building their phone batteries to gradually fail. Otherwise we are very happy with our phone and I would recommend you to friends!

    The seller took several business days to ship the item. During this time I ordered from another seller who shipped next day. If it had not been for delays with both phones due to the blizzard in the northeast I would have had the phone I ordered second a few days before the one from this seller.

    So far the quality of the product has been great. It works perfectly fine and I havent had any issues with it. The only downside to it is that the battery will likly need to be replaced soon (battery health is around 72%) but thats not that big of a deal especially considering the age of the device. Thank you very much!

    Bought this without knowing “Locked to TMobile” meant even as a TMobile customer it was still under financial contract with another customer and I could not get service on it even with TMobile. Why would you even sell a phone the a person can’t get service for, even with the same carrier?

    The product itself is great, as are all of my previous purchases. The communication with the Back Market staff was very good too; however, this time, there was a very long delay in shipping the phone, and zero communication from the vendor, which had a negative impact on the overall experience.

    I need to send my purchase back because the microphone doesn't work. My 30 days are up on refunds but I should have a year warranty. I gave this phone as a Christmas present and it seemed like everything was good with it until it was set up and the first phone call was made. All anyone can hear is static. We have went through all troubleshooting steps and haven't been successful. I want the phone repaired or replaced please. I need help going through the return process. Contact me as soon as possible.

    Pretty good overall. The screen was flawless. The back had some residue from the previous case still on it. The only issue is that the home button is very sticky. Although the experience was good overall, I will be returning the device
