    I was very very skeptical about buying a refurbished phone. I debated about it for months. When my son bought a refurbished iPhone that looked brand new, and worked perfectly I decided to go for it! I was not disappointed! I got the Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra in excellent condition. It came quicker than expected and there were no noticeable scratches or dings on the back, there was a tiny scratch on the screen which you cannot even see with the screen on. Overall I am super satisfied with the phone, I got a great deal on an awesome phone! I will definitely buy from Backmarket again!

    I ordered this after having to return a damaged phone I got refurbished from amazon. Shipping was fast, phone looked great and works perfectly. I haven't tested it extensively, but I think the battery life is better than the Amazon one I got (same model). For reference, this was sold as "good" condition on backmarket and I'm very happy with the condition it's in. There are some tiny scratches if I inspect it closely, but it didn't look dinged up at all.

    So happy with this purchase, I needed to upgrade from hand-me-down 1st gen AirPod pros and back market is my go to. I like having the opportunity to give second life to a refurbished product while reducing waste. (I have a MacBook Air also purchased from back market, and I love it) I do wish you would take e-waste that doesn’t have value in exchange for new products so they can be disposed of properly.

    Excellent condition. I didn’t want to buy a new from from the brand itself after learning about what’s happening in Congo. I don’t want to increase the demand for that company. I got the iPhone 14 Pro and it’s in Excellent condition. I have had it for over a week and it works as good as new. I am so happy with my purchase and will never buy a new phone from the fruit brand ever again!

    The new iPhone 14 Pro is great. The trade in obviously suffered from the cracks on the case so I "ate" on the $5. I purchased the Smartish 14 Pro case and it does not work well so I am looking at other cases. Back Market worked for me.

    This iPad was purchased as a replacement for a friends iPad that had that had a connector failure. Although she was unable to copy from her old iPad or access iCloud, she's happy with the performance.

    Second purchase because I gave my nephew my other device and I bought this Ipad Air in good condition.. this mf came in in perfect condition and it came with the original box with blew my mind. I absolutely love this website and what it stands for and I hope they continued to get blessed

    After much research, I invested in this 2020 model 12.9 iPad Pro. It was delivered in good condition and extremely promptly, much faster than my other orders which had been made the day before. I've set up the iPad and it works perfectly, I'm very happy. I recommend this seller and I totally recommend Back Market.

    Phone came in great condition, unlocked, and with 99% battery health. i was a bit nervous about buying a phone on BM (though I've gotten other apple products) due to the potential of it being locked or activated elsewhere. but a few days in, so far so good.

    I’m very pleased about my order they came looking new and I was able to pair them and I see some say they weren’t able to track there’s but I can after getting help from Apple will purchase again if I have to I did feel like the price was step for a used pair considering after I ordered and looking around I could have got a new pair for what I paid for the used pair but overall everything else is good
