I purchased an iPhone 13 128 GB in Excellent condition for my wife. When it arrived it was indeed in "Excellent" condition, with not a mark on it and in perfect working order. I downloaded an Apple app that allowed me to transfer settings, data, and similar installed apps from her old Pixel 5 Android phone, making setting up her "new" (to her) iPhone work much like her old Android phone did - Easy Peasy! This is my second iPhone 13 purchase in almost exactly a year! (The one from June 2024 was the same model for my use). It's great to have like-new phones in our possession, and having them be Apple brand is really great! I had apple phones years ago but shied away from purchasing later models due to the price. Finding Back Market with their excellent phones at very reasonable prices has made me a fan of refurbished devices. I am also happy to be helping keep unnecessary electronics out of landfills. Computer was rated “Fair” condition but upon arrival looked far newer than that. Macbook looked almost brand new and performs flawlessly. Best deal I found for this range of performance and quality.

So far so good. Clean and unblemished as advertised. Just some reasonable wear on high use keys for its age. Quick responding with all apps working. Keys are crisp. Screen unmarked with excellent colors. For my intended light use, not involving games or movies, what I received for money paid is perfect. iCore7, with light use and not carrying a heavy load, should last another 5 years according to stats, hopefully more. Very satisfied with Back Market website and transaction. Will recommend to others.

I haven't carried an iPhone for years and never a personal (vs work-issued) one, though I've bought them for family members. I just got my first set of hearing aids and had trouble pairing them with my android phones, so iPhone for the win! Worked like a charm. It arrived in very good condition (it was not explicit that it was refurbished but given the value pricing and age of the model it was more or less assumed), on the expected date and works perfectly. My only complaint is that when bought knew I understand they come with earbuds or at least the lightning -> aux connector for same, this did not.

My expectations were not to highly about a refurbished watch, I received my watch within 3 days and I love it. I am a gym rat and love the ability to measure my movements.
