Received the Dell laptop computer in 2 days. THere was no cosmetic flaw and the laptop looked brand new without any scratches. The computer booted up without issues and we took offer to upgrade to Windows 11. We like Dell for their robust sturdy design and we use our computers for years. This new i7 is fast and with SSD, reliable. This will provide enough power for years. Serves our purpose well and do not need to spend 3x or more to get the latest and greatest.

I was a little worried that there weren’t any available in “excellent” condition, and I had to settle for “good”. Luckily when the laptop arrived it looked flawless to me and so far it’s working great as well. I would recommend this seller!

Got exactly what I ordered. Works well, honestly couldn't tell the difference from new (other than maybe minor defects on case, but those aren't important, there aren't many, and you can barely see them). It also showed up a bit earlier than initially expected, which was nice.

I cannot express how big of a blessing this laptop has been. it said fair but honestly it was in great condition. i run a side business doing IT and local tech support as well as designing and printing stickers and other media and it has been outstanding for everything ive asked of it. now it does just have the normal onboard graphics and a 7th gen i7 so you arent gonna take it gaming but as far as for home office, writing sermoins, and 99% of normal tasks and content creation it works wonderfully. the wave keyboard thing is pretty cool and the pen works really well. overall a solidly awesome laptop especially for the price point. If yall read these I appreciate this so much.

Have been using this for a week now. It's been great. I bought a monitor from Amazon to go with it. My problem at first was that the monitor came with an HDMI connection, however this CPU uses a different HDMI?? I think it's the older one. It's shaped different. So the connection that came with my monitor could not work. Bought a VGA because both had it and the monitor looked blurry after. Had to get another connection. After buying a defective laptop elsewhere I was hesitant to try another time, but figured I wold give backmarket a try, and have been very delighted with my purchase. Shipping was quick, and tracking easy. Product was as described, with a few scratches on the exterior cover and some marks on the charging cord, which indicates it's not new but it has no issues. All old user info was removed, and returned to like new condition. Works like a dream, and so happy to have saved major money on refurbished !

I ordered a Dell Latitude 7480 from Deluxe PC supplier. Because it was rated as "Fair" condition, I was very surprised when I received it and considered much closer to excellent condition.
