some of the keys were very sticky on arrival. I was able to unstick them myself, but not what I'd expect from a refurbished product in "excellent" condition. The battery also seems to be working ok, but it's very unreliable about predicting how much time is remaining.

The Macbook came in excellent condition!! My wife loves her first Apple Macbook. She is frying use to the OS but loves it regardless. I’m going to get myself a Macbook Pro from Back Market!! I love this app!

My early 2015 11” MacBook Air has been my all time favorite laptop but after eight years of full time use its keyboard finally gave out. Fortunately, for the same price I’d pay to have it repaired, I was able to buy a nearly identical model here with twice the original’s 4GB RAM, in such pristine condition I feel like I just bought a brand new unit at 1/4th the price a new unit originally cost. Kudos to you and the refurbishers you work with.

I bought this iPad for my 1yr old to watch her YouTube vids while traveling in the car. The physical appearance of the iPad was great and looked like new. Additionally, the iPad connected to my vehicle’s WiFi effortlessly and she’s now content while traveling. It has made everyone more peaceful. lol

Arrived the second day after I placed the order. Everything exactly as promised. I like the economy of buying refurbished Apple Products. I don’t need the latest and greatest for email and shopping. Seems like a good idea to keep used electronics from the garden like places where such electronics are shipped, in order to recover any resources of value .

Its fine, very good machine. I have always had windows computers, I figured I would try an apple. No complaints whatsoever, runs well great graphics. The only thing is me learning how to use it. It seems more intuitive than a windows machine, easier to find things and programs. My wife is used to Apple computers so If I have a question she explains it to me. Like how to cut and paste.

Product is great! Wish it would have came in original box,as this was a gift. Surprised it wasn’t broken during shipping as just flopping around in a too big regular cardboard box.. As was the charger. Have ordered 3 iPads from back market and all were packaged in original Apple box.

came in good condition. The shipping was nice and loved the handy little card that came with it. Barely visible that it's refurbished besides the single mark. Bought from BackMarket before and always happy with the products.

I was SO nervous to buy a "refurbished" computer but I am so impressed! It came looking brand new, charger and all. It was already fully charged so set up was super easy!! Definitely will buy from Back Market again. It also came a day early!
