I ordered this phone almost a year ago now. It arrived in perfect condition and is still working just fine to this day! If you're afraid of the refurb... Don't be! This is a surefire way to save a ton of money and get the product you want!

I've had this phone for 9 months now and I have zero complaints. The quality which I received was great! I highly recommend going through Back Market for amazing refurbished products at a great price.

Super happy with Back Market buy and service. Replaced my 100 year old mom's iPhone 6 Plus with a reconditioned 8 Plus. It came quickly, was packed well, it was easy to transfer all over to new phone, and it is similar enough that my mom could transition to the 8 easily. Now, who wants to buy her iPhone 6 Plus?

I bought an iPhone 8plus. Excellent and beautiful phone (Rose Gold). BackMarket is an excellent service and I was well taken care of. Only caveat emptor was my new iPhone 8plus only had 16 Gb of memory and the latest iOS upgrade required 12 Gb for the operating system and req’d data files. The mistake was mine alone. Not upgradeable. Limping along… but “thank you” BackMarket for creating a great niche company.

The customer services was great and awesome especially when you download a mail tracker to where got here. Also, I ordered the fair iPhone 11 & just a few scratches on the side lenses but not on the screen or camera. The quality of the renewed iPhone 11 is great & up to date in my opinion. You should order here at back market! :)

I’m really happy with what I got. Having a new phone is nice in general, but I have been really impressed with the quality of the phone. I purchased the “fair” conditioned iPhone 11, and I think it’s better than fair. A few little scratches, but who cares… It works great and a case covers those little imperfections. Next time I need a new electronic, I’m coming back here.

Ive had this phone for so long and it still works like new. Ive been busy to put this review up but after having it for this long and no issues speaks volumes to the seller. Great product!

For most people, getting the excellent grade iPhone 11 is just not worth the money, get a new one from Apple. I will say everything about the exterior is fine, but when the battery comes with 85% on it (80% being the best replace rate), the discount you get (around $30) is only enough to cover a little more than half of the eventual battery replacement. I needed to get the phone fast (Apple had 1 month shipping vs Black market which had a few days), which is the reason I even gave a meh because if u need a phone quickly that Apple doesn’t sell in stores anymore, this is a good alternative. Overall, the phone is fine, but disappointed in the battery life, worth it to just buy new from Apple (at least for iPhone 11, I don’t know about other deals). I wish the excellent grade had a better battery life standard. Again, nothing to complain about with shipping or phone exterior.

I was a little reluctant to purchase something other than a new phone but thought I would give BackMarket a try. The phone I purchased was a 2020 IPhone SE which is basically an IPhone 11 but in a smaller size (hate carrying large phones). The phone was advertised as being in excellent condition. When I opened the box I thought I was looking at a new phone, in truth it didn't appear it had ever been used. I transferred the information from my old phone to the new one and couldn't be happier. I paid less than half what I would have for what is basically a brand new phone. I will definitely buy from BackMarket again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.
