At this point, I’ve had my iPhone 11 for almost an entire year. Nothing is wrong with my phone AT ALL and it came in perfect condition even though I ordered it in fair condition. I love back market with everything in me omg, I trust this app with my life. This is the second phone I’ve purchased from this app and both have had nothing at all wrong with them and have lasted a long time. The only reason I stopped using the other one was because I wanted an upgrade. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve honestly never felt so confident in buying from any online device seller

Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB - Phantom Silver - Fully unlocked (GSM & CDMA) was received in EXCELLENT condition. Transferred photos and data from Samsung J7V (Verizon) using Samsung app Smart Switch. Then transferred the SIM card from J7V to S21. Seamless. The S21 had 80% charge. The phone was clean and absolutely pristine in condition. Not particularly crazy about the color, but planned to use an opaque phone case anyway. I reviewed the various online vendors prior to purchase and selected BlackMarket. I never used this manner of cellphone purchase but rather used Verizon (carrier for 20+ years). BlackMarket is by far the better way to purchase a cellphone. The cost of my NEW S21Ultra through BlackMarket is equivalent to a Verizon purchase of a Google Pixel 6a. I am very happy I broke the Verizon purchase cycle. Highly recommend BlackMarket.

I have now ordered 2 "Verizon" iphones and both arrived un-usable on the Verizon network due to being locked by the previous carrier. How are these sellers getting certified to sell here if they can't even determine whether or not a phone is locked? Isn't that an integral part of their refurbishing business?! Beyond frustrating. This particular phone is locked to the previous carrier because of unpayment of bill (this is what I was told by Verizon customer service). This should be easy enough for the seller to check, I called VZ and it took the guy a minute to tell me I could not use the phone I just paid over $300 for.

Decent phone. Decent price. A couple nicks and chips here and there. But a phone is a phone. My sister is grateful for her “new” phone. It does freeze up from time to time. But a simple soft reset and it’s good to go.

Backmarket exceeded my expectations. A refurbished iPhone 8 that looks like new, works perfectly and arrived to the door of my house in no time. Totally pleased!

Ordered and got my iPhone 13 in about 5 days! The quality was excellent which was good since it was an excellent condition. The time allotted game me plenty of time to set up my new phone and then package my old phone and send it back! Super impressed with their refurbishing abilities! They accepted it even though my old phone was cracked. Super easy returns and their communication was top notch. Really really happy with my order :)

This phone was on Verizon’s Blacklisted list. I’m super frustrated and have wasted a collective 8 hours on the phone because someone couldn’t know that? As far as the condition of the phone goes, excellent working condition. But, the phone itself was on the non-pay table and has not come off and won’t come off according to several Verizon support folks.

This was the first time I've used BackMarket and everything went very smoothly for me. The ordering was easy, the phone arrived sooner than expected, and the packaging was neat and orderly. The phone arrived in great condition and has been operating with no issues thus far. I've very happy with my choice and I'll definitely use BackMarket again in the future.

Awesome phone. If this was refurbished, I couldn’t see one single nick or scratch. The phone works beautifully. I thought you guys were a scam at first, due to your super low prices, but I will shop here for tech goods and no where else again. You guys are fantastic. Thank you so much. Austin
