Service was great, phone as advertised. I just wish the iPhone 7 didn't use up its charge so fast. My next phone will, I hope, be better in that department--and larger overall. I am not a fan of tiny typing.

i had ordered an iphone 7 in fair condition expecting some scratches and maybe a decent battery life. however when i received it i was very surprised at how it looked like it was brand new. battery life at 99% and no scratches or nicks anywhere in sight. i was a little wary of buying a refurbished from from this site but i’m pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back to order when i can. you also help save the planet from e-waste so that’s another plus as well

My first purchase from Backmarket was an iPhone 6 Plus. It has some problems but there customer service was superb. I contacted Backmarket, which was surprisingly easy, and I had a new phone in no time. Greg kept me updated every step of the process. I have since purchased 2 laptops, 4 iPhone 8 Plus, 2 pair of Apple AirPods and an Apple Watch. I love Backmarket!!

I was extremely happy with my experience on back market. They have great prices, fast shipping, wonderful customer service. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing refurbished items. I will definitely be purchasing again. I bought my phones Christmas 2019 for my children. They look brand new even with the description given. I have not had one problem with them. Soooooo glad I went through Backmarket instead of the apple store--saved myself almost $200 off an iPhone 7 plus. I was a little nervous buying a phone with a 'bronze' rating, but now that I have it, I can see that the few imperfections are almost completely unnoticeable! Love not having to buy new stuff/use more resources--especially when it means saving money and getting an excellent product!

Back Market showed the iphone se online with a silver rating & im very happy with the appearance of the phone, i'm all about the savings for a good product & saving the planet. plus my phone case covers the tiny little cosmetic boo boos! i love my SE & everything works great on the phone. my verizon account allowed me to even get my same insurance coverage on this phone which was a bonus i didn't expect. the charger didnt work, so i contacted refurbisher & i received a new working charger a few days later. im so impressed with the quality of my phone, the price of the phone & customer service team that i just bought my special needs son the same iphone se which is in better rating shape than the one i bought & even a better price. im turning my finance office partners on to this great savings company & ill be a backer for life! glad i found you!

Hey guys, don't blow me up with too many emails if I were to suggest anything at all!! But yes I love the phone. Best price ever!! Great phone, g5 is my favorite phone I've ever owned and you sell them refurbished for less then it cost to claim it on my insurance lol. So thank you very much. Keep up the awesome work. The only thing I can say is maybe buff out the camera scratches over the lens more because it's slightly scuffed on mine.. But it's no big deal to me at all. Some people might have more issue with it. Thanks again!
