    I ordered this iPhone 7 in 2020. It's 2024 now, as I write this. The phone has worked great! But it's very old now and struggles to do basic things. The battery has lived it's life. And the newest iOS is not compatible. I just bought a much newer phone (Google Pixel 7) from BackMarket to replace this ancient iPhone 7. I have never had a bad experience with BackMarket and have recommended them to friends and family people who, as far as I'm aware, have also had a great experience.

    I was very pleased with the purchase. The iPad mini 4 arrived quickly, in great condition, and has been working very well, getting lots of heavy use. We bought this for our 9 year old twins to use, and I'm so glad we got a refurbished model rather than a new one. It's given me a chance to try out the mini too, and I'll be buying one for myself from Back Market one day very soon!

    I ordered an iPhone 7 grade Shiny. It was just as described. Has no scratches and the exterior is beautiful. If you were to put this iPhone 7 next to a brand new factory sealed iPhone 7, you would not be able to tell which is the new one and which is the refurbished one. Everything works perfectly and I have had zero issues with it. I highly reccommend Back Market before purchasing a new device.

    I was pretty sketchy about buying refurbished cause I'd heard some bad stuff (not about Back Market to clarify) you know, false marketing, broken cameras just janky stuff but the iPhone 8 I ordered can't just as described, mint.     First time to bought a refurbished phone. I was amaze with my iPhone 7 Plus. So far so good, no problem encounter yet, cross finger. It was shinny and its a mint condition, u can’t tell the difference between the new one and refurbished. I love my phone. Customer service are good and responsive when I asked a questions. One thing I would say, the seller which is the my smartphone hub sent a wrong gegabytes. I purchased 256GB but they sent 128GB. I was disappointed but I contacted the seller, they want me to return the phone and they’re willing to replaced the phone with the right GB. I already activated the phone and I chose not to return the phone and go through the return process. Its a pain in a butt. In short I kept the phone and so far I don’t have any problem at all.. fully function and work great. Thank you for this website so far as a new customer in this website, I am satisfied with my purchased. Looking forward for more buys and I highly recommend this website. Spent wise with ur money guys.

    Ipad Air 3 arrived looking brand new, with just a very slight ding on the back side, which was going to be covered anyway. Device worked perfectly, no issues, battery was in like new condition as well. Very happy overall. Bonus to get a charge cable and adapter, although I didn't need them.

I Only noticed One Annoying Condition with the phone when I received it; the iPhone 8 had NOT been RESET completely (Erase All Content Settings).     Like brand new! I honestly inspected this product with doubt as soon as the package came TRYING to find a sure sign of its “refurbished” status, and couldn’t find any! Packaging was a simple white box, not an official Apple box however once you open it up, it’s as if you purchased from the Apple website, comes with a new charger and even had a glass screen protector included. I immediately checked the battery life capacity and it was at 100%, 10/10 would recommend, and already have!
