    Aside from not sending the color that I ordered, my Galaxy S20 was impeccable. If I didn't know that it was a refurbished phone, I would have thought it was brand new. The savings was significant. Would have been nicer to have come with a screen protector already installed.

    I am so glad I found Back Market! I desperately needed a new phone but didn’t want to buy the newest iPhone. I believe that refurbished is the way to go and I will never buy the newest phone again when I have this awesome website!

    Came quicker than expected, and is better than I thought it would be. I thought this would be pretty bad, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the immaculate quality of the astonishing product. I honestly couldn't discern it from a brand new product as the refurbishment was done so skillfully that the product couldn't be considered of any lower quality than that of a brand new one if you were to be judging them with the naked eye.

    Phone works like brand new. I bought it in fair condition a bit nervous but was very pleasantly surprised. The case has worked exactly how I needed. My only qualm was the screen protector I received was too small for my phone so I did have to order a new one. Would definitely recommend backmarket for devices though!

    The case and screen was great - very sleek, easy to use. The only thing that isn't awesome about the case is that it's a little bit slippery. It's so smooth that it's not as easy to grip as other cases.

    13 mini ws in very good condition with on noticeable scratch on screen. No visible marks on back of phone. The battery capacity was 94%. Phone arrived as promised. The case and screen protector was a few days late. Overall, process and products were more than satisfactory.
