What I ordered and what I got were two completely and delightfully different things. I ordered a fair condition IPhone 6s Plus with 128 GB storage because I needed it for work and my 6s was quickly declining. What I got was a practically brand new device that had a small scuff on the back. I am so in love with it and I am so glad that it is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for such a great deal!

I was worried at first day one the battery didn’t last but two hours due to all the uploading but after day one, every day the battery lasts the whole day. Was nervous buying refurbished but it’s like new. And there were no scratches even though I chose the possible aesthetic damage optipn

Wow, I was actually surprised by the quality! No point in buying them new when you can get one refurbished with this amount of quality! Truly surprised and really happy! Definitely buying from Backmarket again and probably pretty soon!

The factory's customer service was terrible but backmarket took care of the issue immediately. And the phone only lasted for 2years and now I gotta buy a new one. I'm thinking about buying one from backmarket one more time and see if it's worth spending money on refurbished phone.

I stepped up from an IPhone 7 to an 8. It’s been a good experience all the way around. Back Market’s web site is laced with good options across the market that most likely change weekly if not daily at good prices not to mention the subtle humor that engages its customers every step. When I priced new phones I was shocked and while my refurbished phone isn’t new it certainly functions and looks like a new one. When one throws in their no questions asked 30 day return policy as well as the 12 month warranty (note: warranties vary depending on the product) it will most likely be my “go to” site for all future purchases. I’m thankful I found you guys!!!! And so is my very frugal husband.

The iPhone 6s 64GB is working very well. My wife has adapted well to it from the iPhone SE (1st gen) that she had. It has 32GB and was giving her problems. Moving her account from one phone to the other was pretty straightforward thanks to an Apple feature.

I bought it to replace my original Iphone 6s Plus and I am very pleased. The condition and performance of the device is great. Thank you for providing quality cost effective replacement (or first time) devices. I am thinking about purchasing another and it helps to keep unused phones out of landfills !!!

My IPhone 8 was Stated as in “fair” condition, there wasn’t a break or scratch to be found . Love Backmarket ... second purchase through them .... I had a question but it was only a misunderstanding on my part and everything was cleared via emails within 24 hrs , super great service. All is very well . Thank you again ..

Seems the phone in better condition that it had been announced while I did purchase on BackMarket. There was some confusing on showing sales tax to be collected, but who would question taxes :-). Otherwise iPhone 8 (I need for the development testing) is looks and so far functioning perfectly
