This is my 2nd Refurbished S10E. I can honestly say there is a difference in quality from this one I bought from Backmarket and Amazon, with this one being the better of the two. The battery life lasts much longer. If someone is on the fence about buying a refurb from backmarket I'm hear to tell you to buy it. I've had a positive experience and I plan to buy any phone I need from Backmarket. The grade was "Good" and it's literally flawless! Thank you to the people who refurbished the phone and also to Backmarket. I'm so glad we know each other now. :)

I bought this phone almost two years ago now and it has been incredibly reliable and efficient. The only issue after all this time is difficulty is recently with the charging port and the occasional shutting down out of nowhere. Would most definitely recommend backmarket and this phone.

I have to admit, I was very nervous about buying a refurbished phone from a site I've never used before. I'm happy to say that so far I have no regrets. I didn't think I'd ever have a newer phone because of how expensive they are nowadays. The phone I ordered is in perfect condition, the shipping was really fast, and the price was unbelievable! So far is working great, I hope I don't have any issues in the future.

Phone looked great. No problems when using it on wifi. Just had to return it because it wouldn't connect to sim. Which isn't something that can be tested when refurbishing since even dealers have to pay for service and sim cards. So that's why I'm rating 4 stars. But will definitely order another phone in the future.

Something didn’t work, either the Kindle OR THE CORD. I had no way to test it. Now I need a refurbished Kindle AND CORD, lightweight as possible cause I’m 85 with arthritis. Where can I buy the plug-in cord and block to go along with my refurbished new Kindlw?

I use it every day! so handy for work, and on the go use when you can't pull out your phone. purchase came with no scratches, dents, marks, and works perfectly!

I don't tend to replace my phone often. I buy one and use it till it's on its last legs. So when my Galaxy s8 started constantly resetting on its own I knew it was time. I've tried out a few different Samsung phones in the past and having had the best, in terms of software, life, and avaliable troubleshooting answers with the Galaxy, that's what I wanted. Doing the research and seeing as the s20 Ultra in comparison to the latest Galaxy phone (at the time of this review), the s23, weren't so groundbreaking to warrant the extra cost, I was happy to choose the slightly older flagship phone. I've had it for a little while now and have been very happy with it. It runs all my apps and games at excellent speeds, looks clear as a bell, and has so much memory I can hardly wait to fill it all up! A few things to keep in mind for anyone looking to upgrade or switch. This looks to be the last Galaxy phone that will accept a sd card. And while it has waaay more memory than my last phone, I like knowing I can add a bit more if needed. Also, and this came as a shock to me, there is no headphone jack. I didn't realize they had been getting rid of them in phones since I had my old one for so lo...

Bought this a while ago for a family member. Forgot to rate it, but it still works perfectly till this day. He's never had any problems with it, it looked brand new when he got it. I have since bought another phone for myself off here too and it is just as good.

I was very sketched out on ordering a used phone, online. Times are tough for me right now, and I’m happy to say that the quality of this phone is brand spanking new!! I’m extremely happy with my iPhone. Thank you very much.

The phone were great Quality and it arrived on time when it said it was gonna be delivered and my kid loved they new gift and it arrived just before Christmas it was the perfect gift right before Christmas. And I will continue to order from this website because I’m always satisfied and never disappointed.
