The phone arrived at a decent time as stated in the email. And it's been doing its job. That's a good thing. It is user-friendly if you're not tech-savvy. I've had the S21 5G since February 2023. I'd prefer a smaller size phone, like Galaxy S7. Now, that would be nice. I'll see in the next couple of years to see how well it'll still function as a Samsung (Galaxy) customer for nearly 10 years since we (the household) prefer its setup and how user-friendly their phones are. Comparing its charge to an older iPhone, iPhone 11 pro max, it loses its charge a bit too fast.
