Arrived in OEM package with full documentation. External inspection revealed a flawless appearance. It was easy to tranfer the old SIMM card and a new SD memory card to the "new" S9. Data transfer was well explained and easy to do using one of three methods. Had no problem using my phone carrier's network. Had no problems using the S9 refurbished phone. Great value for the money. Highly recommended!

This iPhone8 was delivered all shiny and new looking and has been great to have for the price. No problems at all so far. I am happy to have found Back Market for great reconditioned items like this.

It was cool first when I received it but then one of my cameras broke and it happened to be the main camera and I’ve never cracked a phone before so it was weird to me that’s why i just purchased a new phone recently I hope it’s not as fragile as this one !

i give this phone a 10/10. the condition was a fair but it works perfectly like its brand new. i definetly will be shopping with these guys again, im beyond proud and ive never been more happy about a decision ive ever made before. this phone is excellent im just so happy! back market and the tech place from indiana, youre awesom keep at it! i have nothing but respect for ya. beyond happy. you guys are the best.

Delivery and customer service was excellent! The phone is good. It's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S7 I replaced. One thing that is no good is the speech to text! It's actually very frustrating. I found this to be true for the Samsung Galaxy s10e too.

Cosmetic condition exceptional but the touch screen isn’t right. Will take a tap first then later the same pressure doesn’t work. I’ve had to tap multiple times, haven’t tried to figure out if it’s in specific places all the time.

My iPad came fast and looked like new! And that at just over $100 off vs new. Only snag was that it came with the wrong charging cable, but I sent a message and a few days later the correct cable showed up.

Product came beautiful, in the condition I got it in I was expecting it to have marks or something on it but it didn’t

Received my IPhone about a week ago and it is working amazing, the phone is in great condition and it does everything I need it to do.
