I LOVE THIS PHONE. It really was in very good condition. Battery health at 98%! It works just fine on AT&T in 2023. Hope it lasts forever.

I am beyond frustrated & disappointed. After having my laptop for approx 34 days, I opened it to start work and the bottom corner shattered w/screws disengaging-also leaving the touch screen function on that side inoperable. I immediately contacted Backmarket w/this issue & a photo. The gist of the few correspondences was "we hear ya & know it's an inconvenience, but really sorry..not in the scope of acceptable issues". This device has been well cared for- w/ that in mind an issue like this happening SO soon after getting it tells me it was not properly assembled. We've purchased multiple items from Backmarket & spread the word amongst our peers. Unfortunately, if this is your definition of *customer service - we will not be purchasing again & will continue to share our experience w/those we know. Extremely disappointed, Melanie

Overall system is good. However, I ordered a system with a 1 TB HDD but that is not what I got. The system I received has a Kingston SA400S37240G SSD which is a solid state drive with a 240 MB Capacity. Unfortunately for me I set up the computer before checking it as that has never been a problem in the past from other sellers. No communication of this change was ever received by me. This is very bad to substitute something without informing the buyer.
