The laptop was as listed in excellent condition as sold refurbished! There was a slight issue with the Windows installation. The laptop was shipped without being factory reset. Couldn't get into windows because someone's account was still there. I had to wipe the hard drive in BIOS and luckily I had a flash able version of Windows handy! I would have given this product a better rating had I been able to just power it up and go out of box!

This phone is in very excellent condition I absolutely love it. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she’s very happy with her phone I will definitely buy from this seller again . Thank you for putting a smile on my daughter’s face

Physically, the laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad T495) is like new. However, it does freeze up at times (it can't handle much happening at once) and and has to be shut down to fix. The battery lasts about 2 hours depending on what I'm doing. This is my first laptop, so I don't know what is normal, but it seems decent for what I wanted for casual studying.

The laptop looks new , minimum dents on the bottom, fingerprint does not work despite being advertised in the specs section as functional, my biggest problem is the keyboard, some keys don't detect by Instant click, brightness keys not functioning, I have to press the keys twice in some instances while typing . The general performance of the laptop is alright just the keyboard and keys issues. For a laptop rated as excellent, it's disappointing on my end .

This computer is in excellent condition! Wow!!!! I am so surprised at how great it looks and runs! It looks brand new. Bought it for my son and he loves it. I will be purchasing another for myself.

The computer may have been stolen and is locked into an AstraZeneca domain. The agent I chatted with was unable to help with the issue and I now need to return the device for a replacement which can take up to 5 business days from receipt of the device. I needed this computer now, this is unacceptable for refurbished items.
