    The laptop looks new , minimum dents on the bottom, fingerprint does not work despite being advertised in the specs section as functional, my biggest problem is the keyboard, some keys don't detect by Instant click, brightness keys not functioning, I have to press the keys twice in some instances while typing . The general performance of the laptop is alright just the keyboard and keys issues. For a laptop rated as excellent, it's disappointing on my end .

    I used this computer for a week but then it started crashing unexpectedly, even with simple tasks, and eventually shut down and wouldn’t start. I took it to a local repair man who told me it had serious problems. I plan to get a refund and buy from a different supplier on back market.
