I received the unlocked iPhone 14. It is in really good condition. I had my cellular carrier to add it to my number, then I purchased a case and screen protector. I am very satisfied with my iPhone 14 purchase and will recommend purchasing from BackMarket to others.

I could not be happier switching from a Galaxy phone to a furbished, unlocked iPhone. The ease of the sale only matches the ease of use of the iPhone. Transferring the data and music from an old iPhone 7 that I had not used in over a year to the iPhone 13 was so easy even I mastered it at 84 years old. All I did was take the SIM card from the Galaxy and place it in the iPhone, and it came to life.

The phone was amazing, just as I had hoped. I chose one in fair condition, but it actually exceeded my expectations right from the first look. I'm still getting familiar with it, especially since this is my first-ever Apple product.

My computer works great that I got!! It was supposed to be in excellent condition but there’s some pretty big chips in there edges of the computer….i know it’s refurbished but I’d expect this computer to be good condition, maybe not excellent!!

I was a little hesitant buying a refurbished laptop through Back Market. However, I purchased a used drone on MPB and that turned out be legit, so I took a gamble on buying this laptop, and turns out this is legit too. I do not think I will ever buy a brand new “tech” product again to be honest! This laptop is being used for video-editing & creating 3D models from aerial mapping (Pix4D). Even though this is a 5 year old laptop (upgradable to Windows 11), this is super fast compared to my budget computer. The graphics card leaves little room for glitching or crashing during video-editing computing. The computer came out of the box looking brand new. I was very impressed with my experience with Back Market & the seller! Super fast delivery too!
