I was pleasantly surprised, the refurbished MacBook Air (2020) arrived within a few days, and it is in PERFECT condition. No scratches or any issues, battery is still in top level health. This was by far the BEST deal I could find online on this model. I only order from Backmarket for my used tech now. Whenever I did have even the slightest issue, their customer service has been great. It might take a day for them to reply to me, but they have always resolved any issues I had. I can not recommend this website enough! Thank you BackMarket! 10/10

I really love it, it did come with a dent on the side but besides that I’m in love everything about it.

I am very pleased with my MacBook Pro. First off I must say it was very affordable and when I received it I was impressed that it looks brand new. Since using a IPhone for years it makes the MacBook easy to navigate. I love it!!

Got my Macbook pro very quickly. Open it and it looks like a new computer. could not find any signs of damage. The only way I could tell it was used is to see on the keys if you get the right angle of light you can see they are used. I finally got every thing transferred from my old Mac. Every thing seems to work great, no problems son for. BlackMarket did a fantastic job for me. fantastic computter.

Here are the things I really like so far! - BackMarket has a warrantee, does inspections of each device, and replaces any parts that need replacement, so you ensure that you get a device that you love! - The prices are competitive compared to other used devices you can find on OfferUp, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace or elsewhere - BackMarket is communicative with you about your about your device arrival date and addressing any potential problems you may have Regarding my MacBook, this is my first one, so I don't know if this is an issue with the device or if this is the norm, but for a device with 16GB of ram, it does seem to struggle a little bit with running some apps. So far, I have a couple times where I was running what I thought were low-stress apps, but my MacBook froze on me and I had to completely shut it down and turn it back on. And the only problem is that I don't want to have to return it for another device because of how long the exchange process could potentially take. The only potentially big problem is the arrival date. My device required a signature upon arrival. BackMarket told me that my device would arrive on a Saturday. H...

Really good conditions, the only issue is the space bar is not working very well. I tried to restart the computer which helped but it’s still not properly working. Other than that the performance is fine and it looks brand new

I got the cheapest one in quality and the quality was so good it was just like new there wasn't any sign of scratch on the screen or wear on keyboard even though description said there was. There were a few nicks but barely noticeable unless u look very closely. The quality is beyond my expectations

The lap top is in great condition and the slight scratch on it is barely noticeable. I had it setup and going in no time and have had no issues, will definitely be upgrading the family laptops via this site as needed. Great way to get a Mac with less out of pocket cost.

It was exactly as advertised. Battery lasts a long time. It is in amazing condition and screen is perfect. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again in the future. Thank you for making my daughters Xmas so great!
