Extremely satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra. I had no ideal a refurbished phone could look so good. As of now everything appears to be in good working order. Plus a save a few bucks and no installment on my phone bill. Thanks again.

I ordered this back in 2021 and it is now 2023 soon to be 2024 and this ipad still works perfectly. i’m very happy with this purchase. this was the first thing i bought off of this app and i was a little skeptical at first. i was worried about the longevity of the device but it still works perfectly and ive had no issues.

the process has been great. it arrived quickly. the condition was rated as good. there's nothing wrong with my phone. the only thing I don't like is how quickly the battery goes, even with power saving mode. I don't believe this has anything to do with BackMarket. I believe it's just an issue with Samsung. which is why I am still rating my experience a 5 star one. communication has been great. I traded in my old cracked phone and am currently awaiting them to assess. I will never buy a new phone again. thanks, BackMarket. you've gained a lifetime customer.

I'm very surprised at how nice the refurbished phone is. It's perfect. I got the Galaxy note 20 Ultra and by the time I knew I wanted it, no one had it in the phone stores so this was a fabulous find. I also ordered a screen protector for it and only got the wipes but no protector 😐 ... the phone was 800+ bucks the screen protector was 15... so I'm grateful the major investment went smoothly. Thanks Back Market for helping me and saving the planet 🌎 from unnecessary waste.

The phone was in great condition! It doesn't seem to have as good service as I had before. It's supposed to be a 5G but I never have 5G so I'm not sure if that's an issue with this phone. But the phone is nice. Delivery was quick.

Absolutely in love with my phone. Had it a few weeks and it's amazing. The camera quality is phenomenal, the space is amazing. Battery life is NOT impresive, but that was expected. I don't expect to get an entire day off one charge. This phone is such a good conversation starter, and it even attracts men! How cool is that?

I love it and seems to have great durability after already dropping it a few times and easy to use. I'm a busy mom that wanted something to help keep my life in order but with ease and this is absolutely doing everything that I needed and then some. I did read reviews on these phones prior to buying and they said it had horrible battery life but I totally disagree and haven't had to charge it but every other day no gaming just business and occasional music streaming. LOVE THIS PHONE!

Great product!!! Looks damn near new. Very good quality for a refurbished product. my first time buying refurbished and I can say I'm very pleased with it. Just wish they could have fixed the mix up with my extended warranty that I didn't get & WANTED!!!

Shipping was abysmally slow. The Tablet was promised in 3 days, arrived in 10 days. Contacted the seller twice to be informed it had not shipped yet. The tablet itself is in excellent shape. No scratches anywhere. It performs as it should. Transfered contents from an old tablet to this one via Smart Switch and apps, photos, bookmarks transfered. While I was less than happy about the slow shipping I am very pleased with this
