I am blown away by how phenomenal my experience has been with Back Market. I received my new phone in about 2 days, in perfect condition and it functions exactly as needed. I wanted to upgrade my previous Note20 Ultra but remembered that Samsung no longer releases models that support SD cards, so I opted for the same phone with larger internal storage capacity since I have apps that store a lot of data. I am extremely happy with my new phone, and I didn't have to sacrifice my SD card.

I was scared about buying in back market. But my co worker bought from you guys twice so I decided to give it a chance. And when I tell you Iam not disappointed Iam very pleased and happy with my purchase. I will buy again.

I'm still unsure of the battery life.im changing curtain settings just 2 see if different options are draining it.ill let you know.its got some nicks on it top and bottom and the bronze has some wear.its not as clean as I thought for purchasing the excellent condition.it works great and the screen is fine.i just feel the battery is draining 2 fast and not fully charging all the way.

Delivery was speedy. Came earlier than expected. Phone came with two very tiny scratches that you have to look really closely to see. I am yet to see the overall performance of this device. As well as the battery's health but otherwise pleased with my order.

To anyone suspicious, hesitant or nervous to purchase from BackMarket... I was the same...I would come see their inventory read reviews then back out... when i finally made the leap and bought a phone I was Made a believer and now I shake my head at the amount of money people pay for phones at the phone kiosks or bigbox stores!!! Do it!!!! Buy something from here and save some$$$! You will be pleasantly surprised!!! This is my 4th or 5th phone from BackMarket!!! Every time y'all exceed my expectations!!!! I'm Very Very Happy. My Note is working like a dream!!!! Thank you!!!

BackMarket you are fantastic!!!!I just received my new phone...the state is excellent except for the pen it's a little scratch and 2 little points of scratch but that's all ...in general the phone is in excellent conditions....I am glad to buy my second phone with you guys..I hope with time I buy another one too!!! thanks a lot.
