I'm not pleased with the phone I received. The network keeps dropping. I have restarted the phone and switched to airplane mode back and forth. I shouldn't have to do this. I purchased a galaxy note20 ultra plus 5g 128g. Need to get this fixed asap!

the phone is in excellent condition and I paid for good so great. The only thing is back market is not consistent while this phone was way better than expected I have purchased 4 and only 2 good phones

The phone works almost like new, the fingerprint sensor is really unresponsive at times, especially when there is a screen protector installed. Otherwise, I have not had any issues with this device. Seller shipped this out in a very timely manner and it’s condition was almost exactly as advertised so I was very pleased with this. Overall, would buy again.
