    while I had some issues with UPS giving me conflicting information on the shipping, backmarket continued to provide me with incredible refurbished tech! this is my 3rd purchase with Backmarket and I don't think I could go anywhere else for my electronics.     I think it's debatable what condition this phone is in. The bottom speaker buzzes and needs to be replaced. Cosmetically the phone looks well taken care of but still used. The polished edges have some scratches and the rear glass needed to be deep cleaned. Overall, this phone needs to be repaired out of the box which tells me it wasn't refurbished at all and I would consider that fair condition.

    The phone works fine enough. It starts and the screen turns on after like 10 clicks of the button. The screen turns to static and discolors a few times a day. When I paid for a 'fair' condition, I thought I was only for the outside phone quality. Because that's pretty much what the description of 'fair' reads as.
