I probably just got really lucky, but I’m absolutely amazed. The phone came with 100% battery capacity remaining and 9 months left in Apple’s warranty (not that that matters since Backmarket includes its own 1 year warranty!). Other than a couple of small chips in the corners and one or two micro scratches on the screen, which are all well within Backmarket’s standards and invisible at normal viewing distances, the phone is in perfect physical and functional condition. Will buy from this site again!

Though it came way later than anticipated, it does in fact work as advertised. Will enjoy using it from here on.

I am a first (and probably last) time Back Market buyer. I was disappointed to find several scratches—some quite deep—on my phone screen, despite it being described as Very Good condition. However, the rest of the body appears to be in decent shape and the phone seems to work well.

I've used Back Market in the past and have even recommended it to people because I've had a positive experience previously. Unfortunately, my most recent delivery was very disappointing. The phone arrived inside of a small box with a single sheet of bubble wrap protecting it. You could feel the phone bouncing around when you picked up the box. I removed the phone from the bubble wrap sleeve and was expected to see a phone in "Excellent" condition, as this is what I ordered. Instead, I immediately saw a large, rather deep scratch that stretched from top to bottom. Two smaller scratches were on either side. I have just started to return process, but I am incredibly disappointed as I will not have the item returned and reordered for Christmas, which was the ultimate goal. I support BackMarket's mission and I've even had to defend the refurbished market in some cases and people always say that I should just by new. Sadly, it looks like I may need to in future.

I ordered the iPhone 13 mini in Excellent condition. It came quickly which was awesome. I don’t think I would label it as “excellent” condition because of the scratches on the screen. But, I put a screen rote for and case on and you wouldn’t even know they were there! So far, the phone has been working great. The battery’s max capacity was 89% when I received it.

Horrible horrible horrible, bought an excellent iPhone 14 pro max. Came absolutely destroyed, sides were scratched to bits and back camera was cracked. Disgrace after spending so much money on this device

I got a call from customer service when the color I ordered was not available. They asked if I would accept another color, which I did. It was in good shape, with 88% battery life . My only comment for improvement is that it came loosely in a shipping box. It just rattled around. I would certainly feel better if it was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap inside the box where it couldn’t be shaken around. I am very pleased with the service of BackMarket.

I ordered the 64GB iPhone 11 in excellent condition. I received an excellent condition iPhone 11, with just one tiny, almost not noticeable, scratch on the frame. The battery is at 100% and it works perfectly. It arrived one day before it was supposed to. My only critique here is that the charger I received is not original and it's not fast charging, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase though.
