I'm thrilled with my iPhone 12 Pro Max purchase, the condition and battery life were excellent condition. The screen looked flawless and the body and sides looked almost brand new, aside from a very minor scrape which you can hardly see on the side. But you can feel it if you run your finger along it. But with a case on you can't even tell. I did order the same phone in good condition from another refurbisher, but the condition was good but some slight noticeable nicks on the side of the phone. Plus the battery life was dismal and one of the cameras was not a genuine replacement, because it kept prompting me that a camera replacement was a genuine Apple product. I'm really happy with this phone, I installed a screen protector and the clear case that I purchased before. If I look for another refurbished phone, I'll look for this seller again.

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

My refurbished iPhone 12 arrived in the stated time frame. I had ordered one in Very Good condition. I was a bit disappointed because there were 2, inch long scratches on the screen upon arrival.. I guess I need to order one in excellent condition for there to be a flawless screen. The phone itself is great and everything works as it should.

I ordered this phone for my mom she wanted to upgrade from the iPhone 7 so we purchased her the IPhone 13 In green her favorite color I did Good Condition after doin my research it’s best to order in Good Condition instead of excellent cause the phone will last longer and the phone is more likely to come Perfect in (Good Condition) everything about this phone was 100% shipping was fast came in like less than a week after ordering no scratches or scars on the phone screen front or back at all she love the bigger screen fits her perfect the battery life only charge to 99% and it’s full I just hope the phone continues to be working fine in the future for her but other than that Shop with the company!! I didn’t have any bad experience and that makes me want to shop again with them!

Iphone 13 pro in excellent condition matched the description. I hoped the battery % would have been a bit higher but it was within promised levels. No surprises in regards to it’s status (I ordered ulocked and it was). I traded in an iphone 8 and am being paid the estimated price. Communication was clear and transaction was smooth. 3rd purchase I’ve made with Back Market and will likely again. The first phone I purchased here was because Gazelle had mistakenly shipped me a locked phone that I needed return. Back Market got it right and earned my future business.

I am very pleased with my purchase of an iPhone 13 Pro from Back Market. It is in excellent condition, and the battery lasts long. This was my first purchase from Back Market, but I will definitely return when I need something else.

I ordered two iPhone 14's from Back Market for my husband and I. I just couldn't bear to pay full price for something new. We were going from a 10XR and a 6!!!! I'm very happy with the purchase. I opted for phones in "good" condition. Mine seems to be in pristine condition, and my husband's has a couple small scratches on the side that are covered by the case. We had no problem setting them up and transferring our data and phone numbers to the new ones by ourselves, and they seem to be working great. So very happy with our purchase!

Back Market is so great! It's such a sustainable option for the frivolous technology industry. The back of my old phone was completely smashed up and an 'apple approved' shop quoted me $500 for it to be fixed. I came to Back Market found this phone for $500 and used the smashed phone to trade in. Total cost of a new' refurbished phone was $250. It's a sensible option to trade it in because it can then be made into another shiny new phone again for someone else. I've never bought a phone new, I always just get it from Back Market.

The refurbished iPhone 15 arrived quickly. Ad described it was in very good condition. I’ve been using the phone for nearly two weeks and have no issues. A better than average purchase price also.
