    Googled for a touch screen computer thought we were getting one until it was delivered. Unfortunately it was not a touch screen however everything else was wonderful. Your description at the time of ordering really didn't give much information on the computer.

    I bought two of These old laptops came from an elementary school (which is fine these laptops are for my kids for homeschooling) one laptop works fine the other the screen keeps glitching so beware when buying from this seller.

    Terrible experience. I ordered a laptop, the laptop arrived dirty with all old stickers from someones school still attached, and it did not even turn on. I contacted back market and choose to have it returned for a repair or replacement. 10 days passed by after black market received my return, and I heard nothing, upon contacting them it took an additional 2 days for them to say the only option was a refund, and an additional 2 days to get the refund. I needed the laptop for work and have now had to somehow scrape by without a computer for close to a month. Unless you want to take a gamble, dont bother with Back market.
