Finding what I was looking for and finding the phone I wanted in my price range was an excellent success. Product arrived a day early. The only thing I don't and am not happy about is when typing sometimes I have to tap the screen even just for a letter some times. Other times when trying to select something on my screen I am not to tap it at times. I have never gotten a refurbished phone before but I am guessing it is not

The two Galaxy S23 128GB phones arrived quickly and were in excellent shape. You would have a hard time telling them from new phones. We are still learning (struggling) to get everything programmed and the way we want them to be. We upgraded from the S10 so it is a bit of change. We have bought our phones from Back Market in the past and will again in the future Thank you!

My first Galaxy S10e purchase turned out to be carrier-unlocked even though the advertised model number indicated factory-unlocked. Then I found Back Market. The phone was shipped immediately and is perfect, with none of the issues the first one had.

This is my 2nd order from Back Market and their phones has been great. so far for a refurbished phone, I have no issues. It pretty much looks new.

I am a Back Market repeat offender and I also have sent several friends and family to make purchases. Back Market items are top tier! You can't see any visible scratches, wear, or usage. From tablets, ipads, iPhone, to my current Samsung S20, we ❤️ Back Market!!

This phone has served me well ever since I bought it. I am sad that Samsung no longer supports software and security updates on it though. I have been a Note enthusiast ever since I bought my first Note 2 and subsequent Note 4. In fact I bought the first Note 4 from Verizon in the City of San Antonio at the time. I digress. BackMarket is my go to place for a device when I need one. I don't even know how or when I found this site but I am soooooo glad that I have. I recommend it to everyone and am addicted to browsing what devices are available all the time.

I bought a Google Pixel Pro 7 in fair condition. There were a few small scratches on the screen and back but I didn't mind this as its what I expected buying a phone in "Fair" condition. The phone works great. No software issues. No issues at all. Great purchase. The phone came reset to factory settings. I would definitely purchase another phone from this site/seller.
