Everything went very well. Like the web page, selection, pricing and service. Great all the way around. I chickened out on going from iPhone to android phone and wound up changing my mind on the android phone that I ordered. And I was able to find a really good deal on an IPhone Se that was better than the price of reconditioned iPhones. Great experience with Back Market, but sadly need to return my phone.

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G I received actually appears to be a brand new phone. Absolutely perfect, had to set it up as with a new phone, and everything works perfectly. This is my third purchase from BackMarket. On a 10-scale, I give them a 12. Thanks, guys!

We are thrilled after a couple of months to report everything has been effortless on our part and the phone is magnificent, its performance is perfect and just keeps on showing us what it can do..... thank you for making this difficult decision so easy and pleasurable....now we are ready for another soon. Oh btw Back Market, you did good too and was patient awaiting my decision during the last whole year... lol

So far so good but I’m going to give to my dad. I specifically wanted the note 5 because of the physical home button which is easier for a 84 yr young person. Only drawback is that it’s in not expandable and stuck at 32gb. But I don’t see him doing to much on it

Arrived quickly and after more than a month no problems. There is a slightly purple fingerprint like splotch viewable only on a black screen but it doesn’t affect the screen in normal use and everything else works fine.

Product was mint condition as posted. I had an a31 prior so no problem adapting. Having problems with my Consumer Cellular service. I was considering returning the product for a non Samsung. The service is still temperamental but I love the phone. Would definitely recommend your services.

Product came pretty much brand new. I ordered it in “Excellent” condition and it was excellent!! I ordered on Thursday and it came by Saturday. The only irritation (and I’m being picky) is that it didn’t come with a usb-c cable only a usb-a cable but even that wasn’t a big deal. They sent a Samsung wall charger. Over all I’m super satisfied and just ordered my husband a phone hoping we have the same results.

The Galaxy S20+ 5G was a beautiful phone, unmarked and like new, Has been loaded for my wife's use and, absolutely, a very easy set-up. I am beyond pleased as was my wife. She loves the phone. I will be back in the near future to buy another phone from you folks. Also, Kudos to Good Luck Mobile from whom the phone was sent. They did a great job on checking and setting the phone for resale.
