    I purchased two of these iPads for my children to do school work and light gaming. Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the product but, after talking to the seller and sorting things out, I am extremely pleased with how the seller handled the situation. I would definitely recommend this seller.

    iPad was in great condition for the condition I picked! Only one barely visible scratch on the back that I had to be in direct sunlight to see. My mother was very happy with this as a Christmas present as her previous one had finally stopped working. Awesome purchase and showed up in onky 2-3 days for standard shipping.

    The iPad was supposed to be in excellent condition. It came in a case, hiding bad scratches on the back. The cameras don’t work, either the front or the back. When I tried to take it out of the case and gently pulled, a crack spread across the front. For all these issues they offered me $15 partial refund. Do not do business with this company. There are far better refurbished websites with far better customer service than Back Market or this seller. I’ve determined I’m likely out the $168 I spent, but figured I’d post this so no one else will get cheated like I was.
