4.5/5This is the first time I've ever used Black Market, and I'm thinking refurbished may be the way to go with electronics. The purchasing process was simple, it arrived sooner than expected, and my new Galaxy Z Flip 5 works wonderfully. Transferring to my carrier (i.e., switching the SIM card) was super easy and transferring the data was mostly painless as well. 5/5Little worried about buying refurbished. I was concerned about the condition of the phone even though it was listed as in Excellent condition. When I opened the box, all my fears went away. This was the best purchase I could have ever made. I can only hope that should I ever need it, their service after the sale, repairs or replacement will be as good or better than the service I have received thus far. 4.8/5i got this because i quickly became sucked into the gimmick of the flip phones. it has quickly become my daily phone!! (: i really like how small it is, i tuck it in my pocket at work and i like accessing the media player from the cover screen without having to open the phone. the battery is of course, lacking compared to my s23+, but i quickly got used to it, and it still gets me through a full day's work. although i got the 'good' condition, i didn't notice any blemishes of any sort, and it works just fine pairing with my watch 4 and samsung buds. thank you very much back market,i took a chance on you guys and i'm very satisfied 😌Galaxy Z Flip4 256GB - Blue - UnlockedPurchased on November 12, 2023

5/5This is my second phone purchase through Back Market. I picked out a newer version of the Galaxy Flip (I had the OG version that I got from Back Market two years ago). This phone arrived even faster than expected and was in excellent condition - one small mark on the hinge but otherwise spotless. Once received, we easily activated it and moved my SIM over. No trips to the store. 5/5This was my first time buying from Back Market, and I was pretty nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect. But I ended up pleasantly surprised. The delivery was super fast – almost like next-day delivery! I got the 'good' version of the device, and it looked perfect when it arrived, almost like a brand-new phone. Plus, the price was the best I could find anywhere. There’s a tiny bubble on the back screen, but I only noticed it when I was REALLY looking for imperfections – it’s hardly noticeable at first glance.
