Firstly, the price was a serious steal. I was still skeptical but my friend used BackMarket previously and was satisfied. I was a bit confused when receiving the package because it didn’t say something like “BackMarket” or have any indication. Everything was packaged nicely. My watch works great. The battery lasts all day and it charges fairly quickly. Overall, pretty pleased with my order.

Packaging and watch looked great, but we spent hours and then days trying to get it set up without having much luck. Then we bring it to an Apple store, and it turns out to be still tied to an Apple account, so it cannot be activated... This shouldn't be an issue that comes up for a "refurbished" item. Very disappointing.

“Excellent” condition watch arrived with multiple cracks around the edge. Customer service thankfully refunded me so I could buy another, as the seller couldn't repair or replace it — maybe that’s for the better.

Well I did get the watch in a good condition like it look brand new but the problem was it won’t charge for some reason I can leave it in charge for a whole day and it still won’t charge but I don’t know if the problem is the charger or the battery . Maybe I might get lucky next time
