Awesome company, with terrific customer service. I would recommend this website to everyone in the market for a used iPhone for sure. The iPhones are the only thing which I have purchased. I’m online now today to purchase my 3rd iphone. The warranty can’t be beat.

I was not able to get my first order due to some issue but the backmarket was so helpful enough to assist me with the issue properly and resolved. Then I got my hands in this phone and I genuinely loved the product and its way worth the price.

This is the 2nd iPhone I’ve gotten from backmarket and I love it! Arrived super quick, just as described, and a great phone! Backmarket is the only place I go to for a barely used phone!!!

We had to contact the seller and send back the phone because the microphone did not work. We are now waiting to hear back from them: repaired phone, replacement, or a refund. Back Market and the seller have been helpful so far.
