I immediately had to send my laptop back to get a refund because the vendor was reselling a device that was still in the system of a work or school, so it was impossible to complete set up and use it properly. A waste of time for everyone involved. Really disappointing.

When placing my order for an iPad, I also included a keyboard that matched my model. At checkout I was told that my chosen keyboard was no longer available and a substitute was selected. I agreed to include the substitute in my order. However, when it was received it didn’t fit the iPad I purchased. I have spent a lot of time getting resolution to the wrong keyboard suggested for my purchase. The agent who called me had a poor phone connection and a very heavy accent. I was unable to get a satisfactory verbal explanation for my situation and the details of the keyboard’s return. I was sent a return label and will hopefully have no further issues in getting a full refund for its purchase. Should have gone more smoothly. . .
