3.4/5Not one but two keyboards have malfunctioned. The numerical buttons provide incorrect characters leaving me unable to use @ or ?. It has been a quick but frustrating process. The team has been helpful but the product unfortunately has not been great.

2.2/5ZERO Stars. Wrong item sent. This was the wrong model number, and not at all what was shown in the photo. I've ordered from Backmarket many times, but this really gives me pause. I'm glad it was just a small purchase, and not something more expensive, like I've ordered in the past. I'll definitey think twice about ordering in the future.
