I got a good deal on my new-to-me computer and am thrilled with what I got. I did free shipping to save money and waiting for it was the hardest part. It was packed well for shipping. BackMarket made this purchase from InterConnection.org easy. And it feels good knowing that I helped keep a perfectly good computer out of the landfill. I expect to get a lot of good work done on it.

This is a really nice computer that came in great shape. I’ll never buy a new MacBook again. Thank you.

So far my laptop has arrived and looks perfect, but does run a bit hotter than what I'm used to(MacBook Air.) For the price I won't be complaining too much!

Excellent product. Arrived quickly and in mint condition. Very pleased with this seller.

We bought a macbook, refurb. Unfortunately, when we went to set up the computer, the Serial Number was tied to a Expedia Corporation account. We could not unlock it. We contacted BackMarket and go not help. We were told to contact Expedia to release the serial number!!!! We did and they were furious! They asked how we received this machine. This is not Back Market. It's BLACK MARKET! Either an employee sold this and didn't get approval or it was stolen. Either way, the only recourse we could get from Back Market was a refund. Which sucks, because I wasted two weeks waiting for the computer before I could buy another from someone else.
