My experiences with buying refurbished Apple products was very positive - Back Market. Thank you! I have now purchased 4 devices. Making gift giving more affordable! I was reluctant at first. I did research. No problems encountered. It’s eco! Fast. Do the right thing. :)

The order arrived on the expected date. Been using the watch for more than a week now. The watch did not have a box but the watch and the charging cable is in excellent condition. The packaging too was enough to protect the watch considering it does not have a box. It works pretty well and haven't encountered issues with the watch.

The laptop arrived in excellent condition as described if not better than expected because it looked so brand new. I could not find anything that would suggest it was preloved except the box it came in. It came with its original box that was marked with a white sticker and charging cable. I am very glad to get a model I wanted without spending as much and helping the planet at the same time. The refurbishing company definitely puts in the hard work to make preloved laptops in the best usable condition it can be in!

OH MY GOD!!!! she's gorgeous. No dents, no scratches no NOTHING!!! it even came with the original box with all the stuff the comes w it. It's basically brand new without paying the full price. This is my 5th purchase from back market and they continue to exceed my expectations! I will ALWAYS recommend back market to everyone I know. Did I also mention that the shipping is CRAZY fast? I bought this like two days ago. I'm a fan, Back Market 🤩

The MacBook Pro 16” (M2, 2023) that I received is indistinguishable from a new MacBook. The seller did an excellent job with clean up, provided appropriate charging blocks and cables, and took care to ensure the machine was ready for me to simply connect my Apple ID and make the magic happen. Huge kudos to the seller & BackMarket for brining me a refurbished product that’ll last for years & meet the needs of my business.

Another great purchase from Back Market :). I’ve ordered multiple iPads from Back Market previously; this was my first laptop purchase. As expected, the MacBook Air was delivered extremely quickly — within 1 day of purchase (actually faster than expected!). Safely packaged. MacBook Air came in the original Apple box (though the Apple box did have a big white sticker label — which made it clear it wasn’t brand new). MacBook Air was in great condition as promised. No issues setting it up. Back Market has repeatedly delivered great products to me. As someone who loves to buy products refurbished to save some money, Back Market is a site I look forward to continue using!

so far so good! I've had this MacBook Air for a couple of weeks and it's been fantastic. would never know it's been refurbished. fantastic value for a great piece of hardware.

I've had my refurbished 2024 MacBook air for two weeks, and so far I love it! I'd had no issues at all, and I wouldn't be able to tell it apart from a brand new laptop. 5 stars.

Absolutely loving my MacBook Air so far. Can’t tell at all that it was refurbished/previously owned; it looks and feels brand new. I researched for quite a long time to find the right laptop to replace my 2015 MacBook Air as a PhD student, and I’m so happy I went with this model!
