I am very pleased with my purchase. I am not a buyer of used or refurbished tech equipment. So I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase as it was in very good condition and I have not had any problems with this laptop computer.Highly recommend Black Market.

The Dell Latitude laptop came delivered in a well designed protected box and the laptop looked brand new for half the cost of what would have been a new laptop if I hadn't bought from Back Market. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished laptops easily available. This saved my dad a ton of money and works just as good as a new laptop for him. The plus side it comes with a 1yr warranty so he was less concerned of it being a used laptop once he heard its covered if he has any hardware issue arise while using it.

The computer was in great condition as described. The vendor was quick to ship. However, whoever refurbished the laptop did a terrible job. There’s a small 32gig cache disk, and a 512 gig SSD. Windows was installed on the small disk, so even trying to surf the Internet caused the disk to get full and the laptop unable to operate. It took about a day and a half to get everything straightened out. That includes getting Windows on the correct disk, and getting the sound, microphone and camera working. Appears to be a good computer now, but I’m sure most folks would’ve just returned it. It was unusable as received.

This was the second purchase I've made through BackMarket and both have been successful; the first was an iPhone 6si, purchased in 2018, which I still use in my office to play music through YouTube music and home wifi, since I've upgraded to an iPhone 13mini as my main phone. So far, I've been pleased with the purchase of the Mac mini 3.2 GHz 512gb - 32GB refurbished machine. Although, I questioned whether I should have purchased the same unit with 64GB of memory since I use a lot of applications, most of them being Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, I've been surprisingly pleased with the performance I'm getting from just 32GB of memory. Recently, I upgraded to the newest Mac OS, Sonoma, 14.3.1 and everything runs flawlessly. Overall, I've been very pleased with my purchase through BackMarket. There are other refurbished items I've seen on the site that I plan to purchase in time. The ability to use Affirm to loan me funds for the Mac mini purchase and future purchases is a super added bonus!

The shipping was great, and the Mac mini works wonderfully. I do notice that it sometimes disconnects from my monitor, keyboard, or mouse, but it reconnects right up, so it's not a big deal. Everything runs super fast, which, as a home-based business owner, is a huge plus!

This is my third computer purchase from Back Market, and all of them have been absolutely painless. This HP EliteBook X360 1040 G7 looks and works like new, as have both previous computer purchases. I couldn't be happier with it. I'm still learning the nuances of the X360 touch screen/touch pad duality, but I've already cloned the 512GB SSD to upgrade to a 1TB SSD. I am a Back Market customer for life!

Initially, I was very skeptical about making a purchase through here a specially after viewing reviews on YouTube about the macbook pro 2019 i9 32 gb. As excellent condition, laptop came in very good condition with a healthy battery. Im quite happy about the purchase and the excellent laptop i got! 😊

I like it very much. There is a scratch right on the MacBook Air logo under the screen that I found distracting at first. I'm used to it now and no longer focus on it. I'm happy! Arrived nicely packaged and in good time.

I was looking to replace my dad's old MacMini as it was on its last legs. I tend to use electronics as long as possible to avoid e-waste. The ability to purchase a refurbished machine that met my dad's computing needs was a great option and a great value. Plus it helps to know that the refurbishers and the market support reducing e-waste.
