I tried to get a refurbished MacBook at Walmart and I got 2 defective laptops. Back Market is the way to go from now on! Perfect MacBook in excellent condition, delivered fast!!!

I’m very pleased with my MacBook! I got it and fair condition not knowing what that meant because I’ve never ordered from the back market before or even ordered a refurbished MacBook before with getting it brand new and wow I’m very pleased. It looks practically new, a few light scratches but they’re not noticeable at all. Very fast shipping also very pleased

Was skeptical about buying a refurbished Mac from anyone but Apple, but I've been extremely happy with my purchase! Works like a charm and haven't had any issues with the computer itself. I did receive a faulty charger with it, unfortunately. I took it to my local Apple Store and they confirmed the charger had an issue (it got EXTREMELY hot in a very short period of time while charging), so I did have to buy a new charger. Other than the charger, my experience has been great. Received the computer quick, it was packaged well and was in great condition!

I Bought The best Version chip of this MacBook Pro the i7 2.3GHz and 16GB of ram. IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, I am Very impressed with the performance of this almost 5 year old Laptop. How ever I wasn't very impressed with the "excellent condition" of it, the outside shell of the computer was pretty much flawless but the keyboard and inner shell where you hands sit while typing of it look pretty worn. You could definitely tell the person before did a ton of typing on this computer. From certain light angles you can see the wear marks where you hands sit when typing. And also the keys themselves. But I can't be to picky because this is a refurbished computer that is from the 2020s. I do think this computer that I am typing this review on currently should be in the "good condition" then the excellent condition. But overall this is a great computer to do some medium to light gaming and editing on and I am impressed for what I got from spending the $580 on this computer. 😁

I have been delighted with my purchase of a MacBook Pro 13.3 inch. The MacBook arrived on time and in good shape. It is everything that was promised and more. I was hesitant at first to buy refurbished but have found that my hesitation was unfounded.

Macbook pro arrived in a timely manner. Transfered my stuff over from my mac air. All is good. If it was not a mac i would have just bought a new pc. But… i have been in the mac environ. For quite a few years and never had a problem that i did not cause.

I got the 13 inch MacBook Pro for my grandson, and he said it's the perfect size. It's also in excellent condition as advertised, came quickly, and was packaged very securely to prevent any damage in the the shipping process. We would definitely order from this company again in the future!

The iPad was in perfect condition when we received it. I just needed a replacement for my son's previous iPad and it was priced well as well as getting one a little newer than before. He plays Roblox and maybe 3 other games on it so it was a perfect but! Thanks!

The iPad arrived on time, as described and in good working order. We replaced an older iPad with only 32 gig of memory that we were constantly trying to clean up. With 128GB in the replacement, we won’t have to worry about memory maxing out for a good long time. The only negative was the packaging, the iPad was simply thrown in a plastic envelope then into an oversized box without any padding. The box even had a big footprint on it and I was surprised it wasn’t damaged when I opened it.
