Was hesitant after seeing some negative reviews, but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I bought a MacBook Pro 2019 15 inch. My only gripe would probably be the quality, I chose excellent and there’s a few minor scratches and dents but I’m not going to complain. Would buy here again.

The first MacBook Pro I purchased had problems, but BackMarket took it back happily and refunded me quickly. I bought a different one (for less $) here, and it's working great! It has a few very minor cosmetic issues, which I expected, and performs much better than the other one, even though it's a year older. The only quibble is with the 2-year warranty on the defective MacBook, which is taking some extra effort to get refunded -- but I trust it will work out!

The Good News + The Bad News The Good News. The buying experience of a used MacBook Air could not have gone much better and the product itself most certainly meets my expectations. That part of the transaction gets 5 Stars. The Bad News: I guess I own part of this because I did not read carefully enough the requirements of the information they DEMAND so they can pay me (via an ACH payment) for trading in a used Mac . I worked in the banking industry for many years and the ONLY data that is required to provide to the payer is the following: - The name of the financial institution receiving the funds - The type of account at the bank (savings or checking) -The ABA/Routing Number of the financial institution -The recipients account number I have no issue with the above but they also wanted two more piece of information: The last 4 digits of my SSN and a copy of a government issued ID. The potential (huge) risk that creates for anyone who provides that extra data is far from minimal. Many may not understand the risk of doing so and choose to provide it, but I'm not one of them. Certainly, this may not be an issue for you. But now you know.

I ordered the Macbook in excellent condition, but it does have some noticeable scratches on the top which is annoying, but not that serious. The computer was running extremely slow at first, but that could have been due to the internet connection because it is now running smoothly and fast. This is my first Mac and it is taking me a minute to get used to it after only using Windows for so long, but I am glad I purchased it and will be interested in purchasing more products from Black Market

I do believe this thing is a brand new (2019 maybe 2020) MacBook Pro!!!!! In the original MacBook box!!, Still wrapped in the MacBook wrapper!!!. Screen even had the original screen cover!!!! AND THE BATTERY HAD 1 (ONE!!!!) cycle on it. Brand new!!!!!!! Thank you very much for the surprised True Excellence!!!!!!!!!

I love it, It’s only been a few weeks, so I will write a review in two more months for an update. It didn’t come in an Apple box but I didn’t mind. It also came with a charger and it had no scratches. The quality is good and the Touch Bar is a cool feature. Thank you so much!

I love my MacBook Pro. I'm highly impressed and satisfied. It looks brand new. I recommend Back Market to anyone who don't want to pay the high price of a new MacBook.

the macbook i ordered in excellent condition and it came as expected. it has two or three minor scratches and the battery is in normal condition

i love this macbook the only problem i have is a little bit of light flickering but it doesn’t bother me 10/10 would recommend
