I’ve purchased refurbished MacBooks from Apple in the past. And the condition of those was exactly as they’ve stated - scratches and all. However, what I received from Back Market was far better than what was described. And at a better discount than manufacturer refurbished. I’m so happy I discovered Back Market.

I bought an iPhone 12 pro in the premium category, and it is absolutely flawless from scratches or anything. And the battery health is on 100 percent and is all genuine apple parts. This phone looks brand new.

I was rocking the iPhone SE (2020) since I hold dear to my heart the home button with touch ID. Plus, the size of the phone fit comfortably in my hand. Originally, I was looking to upgrade to the iPhone 16 pro but the phone itself felt too big for my liking. I found this iPhone 13 mini and saw that the dimensions were overall smaller than my SE but it gave me a bigger screen size. I hope that Apple is able to continue supporting this phone for the next 5 years, which is roughly how long I keep a phone before upgrading. Sure enough I bought this phone for a bargain, $255 for one in excellent condition. Midnight was the closest thing to black and I am impressed with this phone. It feels great in just one hand and I can reach the whole screen with my thumb alone. I thought the notch would bother me a lot but it was easy to get accustomed to. The battery health came in at 90% which was more than I thought I would get. The battery lasts longer than the SE and the OLED display was a nice upgrade. I miss the home button with touch ID but I figure with time I will come to enjoy face ID. The phone was also delivered to my house 4 days sooner than the estimated date. Definitely, would recomm...

I love my new MacBook Pro. It looks and acts like brand new. This is the second laptop we have purchased from Back Market and we could not be happier. If you are on the fence, I say go for it. John Murphy

It did took me a few returns due to being the wrong type of phone. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus with fast Express but it got stuck due to incorrect address. I stumbled upon this phone Galaxy s10e in excellent condition and fell in love. no scratches, everything functioned as it should like a brand new phone. Now my daughter is in love with it.

Ordered the Ipad 7th gen with 128GM and came today in great condition despite fair refurbishment! I’m impressed as it didn’t come with any scratches or anything of the sort. This is my first purchase from Back Market and will not be my last.

iPad came almost fully charged ! I am upgrading from the iPad Mini 6 to a Pro, and at first glance I love the bigger screen. The iPad just needed to be updated and all my data transferred over seamlessly. I ordered the iPad in Excellent Condition and you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was Refurbished. It looks practically brand new. Definitely will be buying from Back Market again !!
