I am very pleased with the IPad Pro 10.5 inch device I received through BackMarket. The device was refurbished by Josstech who did a great job and, in fact, the Ipad Pro I received was much better than I had hoped for. Although I ordered a Space Gray 64 gb Ipad Pro with some light scratches on the back, the device I received was a beautiful gold one with no scratches and looking brand new. What a pleasant surprise plus instead of 16 gb storage this gold one came with 256 gb storage! Clearly Josstech under promised and over delivered on the promised experience. In short, I highly recommend Back Market and Josstech for quality work and their mission to save these older but still functional tech devices.

I decided to purchase a new computer after my 2011 MacBook Pro was killing me with how slow every app, browser and processor was performing. After finding what I thought i was going to buy on BestBuy/Apple I decided to search for refurbished MacBooks which took me to Back Market. I ended up getting what I wanted, just not brand new and saved $1,200. I'm glad I took the extra time to look at refurbished Mac's because the price was right and the MacBook Pro I now have is as described on Back Market. Very Happy with the product and fast delivery.

Our old ipad was just getting to old to keep up with new apps and updates. Ordered this and are very happy with it. We've had to do many things on line lately and this has worked well and kept us connected. Arrived quickly and in great condition. Might even see if I can swing the cost of another one. The delivery of my phone was excellent considering the holdups due to covid19. I had a slight problem with the setup which was my own fault but Back Market was available to help me out. Now that I’m up and running everything is great, I’m very pleased to have stumbled onto Back Market’s site and would most definitely recommend them to friends and family, needless to say I’ll be using them again. High praise and thanks to them from me.

The iPad came in looking almost new, bought at Stallon condition I was expecting a lot of big ugly scratches but could only find minimal scratching around the charging port. Its beautiful and runs like a dream. I got the iPad to draw with and have had it for about a week and everything about it has been fantastic so far, absolutely surpassing my expectations. I would buy again and recommend anyone else curious to give it a try before buying

I had to send the phone back because the microphone sounded like it was underwater. But I have ordered from backmarket 3 times and this is the only problem I have had. The seller said he will give me a full refund once he receives the phone back. I do plan to buy another phone from backmarket though.

I got my iPad within 4 days of ordering! It was in awesome shape - no scratches and the screen was perfect! I’m in love with it! Will definitely order a new phone here too!

Delivery in the time of COVID was predictably unpredictable, date changed 4 times, once in my favour:) as in original, then later, then sooner and then back to original. It would be hard to fault any of the companies other than FedEx . It was mint, arrived in its original box with the sim changer, original PSU etc. That's the second device I've bought in the past two months that was exactly as described. Let's find out what kind of condition their Mac mini's are in next month:)

Knock off air pods. Bought these as a backup option to use for school and music streaming. They are what they are. They work, but the sound isn't very crisp, sometimes echoey, and connectivity is just ok. Battery life is pretty good, but again, they're knockoff air pods, not the real deal, and you get what you pay for.
