So far so good, the PC runs like a top!!! Everything was exactly as ordered and the description matched. There was almost zero imperfections aside from a sticker on the bottom peeling. But that isn't an issue at all, no dents or dings. I love it and it works perfect for all my courses. Thanks everyone involved and I will certainly be ordering from you all again. I usually don’t even leave reviews but I’ve brought from this website 3 times I got me a Xr last year and a Xr for my bf this year had no problems still good at the moment we received our MacBook 3 days earlier and was so excited we checked it over to make sure everything was great and there was just one little crack in the crease of the screen and keyboard if you know what I mean but other than that it’s perfect been taking care of it like our baby Thank You definitely would purchase here again

Laptop was in great condition, actually WAY better than I expected. Shipping was fast and unit was packaged very well. Overall, a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.

The laptop is shipped with the Windows version, that the company used which sold the laptop in the first place and that one is not intended to be used by casual customers. Nor are casual customers allowed to use it as said by the license, neither is it possible to even perform the installation process, since that one requires a business email that gets checked with a database and has to be verified. This could be circumvented by myself, still an annoying oversight in my opinion. Absolute insanity, that you as a company don't install a fresh Windows version and do just a factory reset of a version that is known to be not intended to work for casual customers. As said, solved the previous issue on my own and now it turns out, that the tablet can not be unattached from the base since its battery is broken and can not be charged anymore. 2 hours battery durability less for the whole device, since one battery is in the display and one in the keyboard, that one in the keyboard still works. It also means no tablet mode, and the pen is not included as well, while part of the original shipment. I contacted the support and I got a label to ship it back to them and I can refund the device, while there is no replacement for it at the same price at any online shop as it is now, neither at Backmarket nor somewhere else, and my girlfriend that got this laptop as a present has already fallen in love with its display, keyboard, and other things. Also, the condition was described as "Very good" and it's very obviously visibility damaged. Why do you care so less about the quality of the shipped devices? Half of the issues could just be stated in the description and accounted for in the price, and still, find a buyer. But no, you need to lie and not care about the accuracy of the suggested description and condition and just hope, that the customer will shut up. So sad.

Sent a defective product which they are incapable of replacing. Now I’m awaiting a refund that I’m not sure when it will come because I have to wait for them to send me a return box so I can send back the defective computer that they sent. An absolutely ridiculous waste of my time and money. I paid for the insurance extension and apparently that doesn’t help. Thanks.

The product was cleaned up and running well, but I was expecting a 2019 model and got a 2016 model. Just not up to date enough with the software I need. The order came a day late and I ended up returning it.
